Stayed at the Snezhanka from 28/02/09 - 07/03/09. Had 2 rooms for ourselves and the children. Rooms good for the grade of hotel. Not the warmest of rooms - especially to dry out wet ski gear. Radiator in the bathroom did not work at all, and nothing was done about this... more

The hotel offered as much as you can expect from a 3-star hotel and a bit more. The room we were in was quite cold, with the 1 radiator being off most of the time. However, the water was nearly always hot, so a long bath after skiing was always possible. The staff were very... more

We had a great holiday here. Stay in the new apartments if you can, they're a lot better than the regular rooms. Apart from the skiing, there's a really nice pool and the food is very acceptable.

Hotel has a fantastic bar and the prices are very good. Always warm and busy and lovely friendly staff. We had accomodation only and ate out which was very good and reasonable prices. Great place to go and ski, excellent snow and facilites this is a definate if you fancy a ski holiday.
