Situated in the tourist area of El Arenal, the hotel is just a few minutes away from the resort centre, with all kinds of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. The rooms in the hotel are comfortable and are equipped with a private bathroom and shower, air conditioning, Satellite TV, safe (for rent) and a balcony or terrace.
Web info looked great and all inclusive sounded magnificent, shame it doesn't live up to the hype. Read below.
Hotel was probably a star and a half but not 3 star. Reception was clean and the staff were multi lingual which was very...

We originally booked to stay at the Luna Park hotel, but after spending just one night there where we were kept awake by gangs of young Germans partying all night long, running up and down the corridors, slamming doors and being generally annoying, we...

This holiday was our honeymoon and we were greatly disappointed! The food was not acceptable it catered entirely for the german tourists, the only best bit of the menu was the fresh fruit. Our holiday cost us a lot of money for what it was! We ate out...

We booked this at the last minute and went 1/2 term week May/June.
The hotel itself is ok although a little basic. The pool & restaurant are way too small for the size of the hotel and the pool was Freezing.
Food -
Was OK as long as you didn't mind eating by the pool and standing as there were no sun loungers or chairs left to sit on. In the restaurant it catered for mostly German tourists.
The resort and hotel were mainly German, caters for germens more, food, music, entertainment. The beach is the best beach ever! shopping ok, nightlife not very strong caters again for germens, the few English bars are great and do excellent breakfasts!...

This hotel is basic really. The rooms are on the small side but clean, and cleaned every day. The staff on the whole were friendly. The food was OK, could get a bit boring if you are on a long stay, but you won’t starve!. A good base for a holiday....

I wouldn’t go back to El Arenal; it was too busy much like Blackpool. The hotel I thought was good value for money. It was spotless. The staff were very friendly. the meals were okay we found something to satisfy us every day.
