You'll enjoy a warm welcome from the friendly family who run this simple property, near the Evelin Hotel on the main road into the pretty resort of Pythagorion. There are split-level studios for 2, with a small wooden staircase leading to the sleeping area (or a bed in the kitchen area for an extra person), studios for 2, and apartments for up to 4 people, all rooms offer air conditioning (payable locally). Some beds have concrete or fixed wooden bases. There is a pleasant swimming pool and poolside snack bar. It's a 25-30 minute stroll to the harbour, with the nearest supermarket a minute or so away and a taverna just 5 minutes away. The bus for Samos Town or Pythagorion stops right outside. loading...

Small place, but really lovely - nice little pool which is always clean and the bar next to it is great, small enough that you'll chat to people and big enough to have lots on offer, as well as food.
Don't try the homemade ouzo though, it's revolting. Rooms are basic but spotlessly clean, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
Samos was one of our best holidays ever. Try the 'muses' or 'mousses' bar on the front in Pythagorion, really fun friendly place with acoustic guitar and singing - they still send us a group letter once a year just because we went most evenings while we were there, and signed their guest book on the last night!

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Pythagorion. We stayed at the Anthis studio and apartments which are about 25 mins walk away from the centre of Pythagorion.
What a wonderful place the Anthis studios are! Very clean, everything you could want, lovely pool and pool area. Very well stocked bar and really good value food. However the very best reason for staying there are Costas and his family who will do anything they can to make your holiday as special as possible!
Hire a car for a few days if possible, the rest of the island is stunning!
Will definitely be returning!

The accommodation is very simple, but extremely clean, with plenty of hot water, air conditioning and use of a safe, and you will be very well looked after. Nothing is too much trouble for Costas and his family, who will welcome you personally from the coach when you arrive, and wave you off at the end of your stay. I was even given a pillow from his own home when I mentioned that mine was a bit too hard!
The bar is well stocked and they do a really good breakfast for just 6 euros. Taxis are 3.50 euros from Pythagorion to the apartments, and Pythagorion harbour is the most amazingly beautiful place to while away a pleasant evening. An excellent supermarket is almost next door to the apartments. Costas' BBQ on Sunday evenings is not to be missed, with Greek dancing around the pool and a chance to meet everybody.
The whole family are at your disposal, to make your stay happy and memorable. Don't miss a visit to the Temple of Hera at Ireon (5 euros by taxi from Pythagorion) and a boat trip from the harbour with Captin Yannis and his baby goats!

Easy walking distance to Pythagoria and although near the airport - not a prob.
Kosmar rep was great.
Going back this year but to different accomodation just up the road! Anthis proved to be a good base, I hired a car but could have managed quite well without.
For anyone on a budget like me then I would recommend it.....GO!
