Haddon Hall Hotel

This is a charming Art Deco hotel in Miami's South Beach, and is located a five minute walk away from the world famous South Beach.
The plus points of this hotel lie with its great location, the size of the rooms and the pool. In addition, this hotel provides good access to shopping (which is located on the same road - Collins Ave - as the hotel and is about a five to ten minute walk away). The hotel also arranges tours and excursions - I'd definitely recommend the Everglades excursion!
The rooms are of a decent size, and ours had a fridge and small 'kitchenette', which proved to invaluable in the Miami heat. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but we did eventually get used to it.
The hotel has a lovely charm about it, with some of the guests actually spending half the year there. This leads to some rather entertaining conversations with people of all different ages and backgrounds.
There is a good diner right next door to the hotel with serves good food. However, for those who need a good cup of tea at least once a day, I'd advise that you take your own tea bags! If you don't, make sure you request plain, English Breakfast tea!
Overall, I'd stay in this hotel again and again. The prices are good, the location is perfect and the pool is a nice addition.
