Bossa Park Hotel

When we arrived (2 females 50+) we discovered that the Bossa Park is in fact 3 hotels all joined together and we were allocated a room at the very furthest from the reception, it felt like a 3 mile trek up and down steps with heavy suitcases etc.
We arrived at room 105 and the key wouldn't open the door! We trekked all the way back to reception and they told us to go to the restaurant and have something to eat and they would allocate another room to us. We were then given room 109 the same trek all over again.
The patio doors wouldn't lock, there was no safe in the room, no shower curtain – very, very basic! We were very lucky to have a friend who lives in Ibiza town and he negotiated another room change, we had 3 rooms in 3 days! The 3rd was brilliant, overlooking the restaurant and reception and the pool very close by - but - it was La Nordia - Club 18 - 35!
The music was very loud all day, it was mainly Italians, Italian food all the time, all the entertainment was in Italian, in fact most of the staff were Italian. However, we were there for the sun so we made the most of it. The room was very clean, the staff were pleasant and although we enjoyed our holiday we would not go back to the Bossa Park Hotel.
