We stumbled across the Leda hotel because the accommodation we 1st had was not sufficient, and we was very happy with the staff who were great and the service was excellent. They made us feel very welcome; we did not want to leave so we are already booking our holiday for next year.

Rooms basic but Clean , Staff were excellent very friendly relaxing hotel . The restaurant was serving very good turkish food if you had a busy day out it was a real pleasure to dine back at base. The pool is very clean and welcoming and the poolside bar is wonderful running in the early hours or when teh last guest leaves usually 3-4-5- am . I spent a most relaxing and enjoyable week at the Leda at the end of July with my husband. The Hotel was highly recommended by Jewel in the Crown Holidays and we got an excellent last minute deal. We booked our week's holiday at the Leda last minute, using the other tripadvisor reviews as a guide - and we agree wholeheartedly that it's a fantastic place to stay for couples and families. The rooms are fairly basic but very clean and perfectly satisfactory as you'll be spending most of your stay outside. The cleaners give the rooms nice little touches (such as leaving the towels laid out in heart shapes with fresh flowers scattered on the bed!). The hotel is a small family run affair, with one pool and a few seperate blocks of rooms set in beautiful gardens. Arrived at the Leda following a upsetting start to our holiday at another hotel. Manager Ali showed me a room and gave me a price for a week stay(£140). We took it and never looked back. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a fantastic pool area. Food in the restarant and round the pool was outstanding. Nothing was a problem and we enjoyed it and had a great holiday. Thanks to all that made it happen!!!!!!

Hi, My friend and I stayed at Leda Hotel just last week (3-7 July 06) and we absolutely loved it. We booked a last minute holiday to Turkey and were a bit worried as alot of people warned us of the men out there - we are two single girls on holiday, but to be honest they were just as you would expect back home - they'll try their luck but if you ask them to leave you alone then they will. The Leda Hotel, Ovacik May 26th 2006. We have just returned from Turkey having spent a week at the Leda Hotel. This hotel came recommended to us by a friend who has stayed there many times. The Hotel is a 3 star and the bedrooms will vouch for this, but saying that although basic, the rooms are clean and well maintained. We stayed at this hotel in August 2005. We were very pleasantly surprised - this is definitely the best hotel that we saw in the area. It is very clean with excellent facilities. I can't rate it high enough. Many people from the hotels in the surrounding area use the hotels facilities instead of their own because it really is fantastic - for couples and families alike (although think twice about taking small children because in the peak months it is unbearably hot!) Stayed at this hotel with a large family group 14 people in all. Found the hotel in need of renovation and with very little space, bathrooms definitely needed updating. We were also suspicious of the laundry system as some of our group thought that they were being given second-hand towels which were just thrown over the atrium balcony to dry and then rotated around the balcony! A realy nice hotel in the quite area of Ovacik. Run by Jane and her Turkish husband Ali. Very friendly staff clean bedrooms and a bar that never shuts. Good food and a large swimming pool. Past guests return year after year.
