On arrival at our hotel we were left by rep then escorted to our apartment in the dark. morning on checking apartment we found there was no lighting on balcony or stairwell only light switch being at the foot of stairs. Also damaged door lock in sitting room and balcony... more

The hotel was lovely, very friendly staff with clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms were lacking in storage space in bathroom only a wardrobe and a drawer for each person. TV in rooms was only local Turkish channels no sky. One side of the hotel did get noise from the... more
