A fantastic holiday at a brand new hotel, it had only been open for three weeks. The hotel was lovely & clean, the staff were very helpful & the animation team were good & not too pushy.
The rep Rebecca was brilliant & did her best. There were a lot of teething problems in the beginning which were virtually sorted out when we got there. The only down side was no entertainment at night for adults or children only the night club where you had to pay for your drinks.
We had a good holiday as we go out and about on the local bus (dolmus) & make our own entertainment. Food was also good. Lovely place.

5* hotel you have to be kidding! Difficulty getting into room as problems with electric. All inc drinks raki / gin / vodka / red & white wine.
No ice cream snack bar only opened 2 hours. Non varied meals. No entertainment, padlock on water slides electric to save money. Vacate room by 12 noon or face having room numbers given over speaker system, if you are not out they bag your items up for you. Have to go to reception to have bands cut off at 12 noon. Harassed by bar staff to buy there drinks at 6-50 a shot.
Good things clean, plenty of sun beds, location great! Staff friendly. This hotel had only been opened 5 weeks, but had major complaints each day hopefully it will improve, as the resort it self is great clean, great beaches try scuba diving excellent. Good luck if you book this hotel soon.

Just returned from a lovely holiday in the Garden of Sun. Hotel was beautiful, really clean (the staff were constantly cleaning!). Food was enjoyable with something to please even the fussiest eaters. Weather was absolutely beautiful - too hot some days although a lovely breeze in the afternoon. Majority of staff were really friendly especially the animation team of Uke, Kaju, Ozzie, Maya, Tugba and Owen. Uke you are a star!
Daytime activities darts, table football, aqua gym, shuffle board, water polo, belly dancing and the pool side games just before lunch were hilarious. We had a few problems with the electricity and an unpleasant smell in one of the shower rooms (we had inter connecting rooms) but these were sorted out. The rep Karen was helpful and any concerns were passed on. The evening entertainment needs to improve but considering this was their first season they did brilliantly. We met some lovely people and really enjoyed our stay. That’s a compliment, you try keeping kids of 14 and 11 entertained.
Would definitely go again.
