Villa Irene Apartments

Had a fantastic time at irene Apartments,Ilias his 2 sons Jack and Nick,Olga and of course rex the dog made us so welcome.The apartment are very clean it is just and short walk to supermarket and the beech kos town is just 1 euro on the local bus which is very fequent or the walk in to town is very plesant with lots of bars and taveners on the way.Each friday Ilias does a bqq and greek dancing which is fantastic everyone joins in. We will 100% sure be going back to Irene next year best holiday yet.

This accommadation is typical Greek very clean but as you expect basic,pity the bath towels were old & had holes in them, suggest take your own.We had holes in a sheet & they were so thin you could see through them pillows like bricks.

The inland view where the balcony is faces a school & boys are there every night from 6.30pm -11pm or later playing football & riding motor bikes around the playground.

The road is also busy with traffic most of the night.

The pictures shown on line are of the pool view which only 4 apts have the rest face the busy road.

Kos is a lovely place & we hired a car for 30 euros per day from a place in town,so we saw all of the island .

You can get bus tickets from the supermarket just down the road 90cents into town you pay more on the bus which takes about 5mins,or it's a 20min walk if you do watch out for the bikes .

I am giving 5/10 because of the bedding & towels otherwise everything was ok.

We stayed at the irene apts for the first time this year and would definatley return! The apartments are basis but very clean. We had a fantastic holiday here, we loved Kos and the apartments. The owner Elias and his sons Jack and Nick are very friendly and give the apartments are good atmosphere, nothing is to much trouble for them! You can hire air con for £25 for the week and the safety depsoit boxes are about 10 euros a week.The apartments are about a 25 minute walk in Kos town, but we hired quad bikes which cost us £80 for 5 days. You must eat at Spitaki, it is the best restaurant on the island and you can eat on the beach - its very romantic! Try old town Kos for bars and restaurants too.

You cannot go wrong with the Irene Apartments, Elias and his sons Nick & Jack are all absolutely spot on guys, they will help make your holiday so much better.

The apartments are nice & spacious, the pool is great and everyone gets on great around the pool bar which is open from around 9am through to early hours of the morning.

They serve great snacks and meals and there is plenty of entertainment.

There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road where you can get a bus into Kos Town, or it takes around 20 mins to walk, or hire a car or bike which aren't very expensive.

We met plenty of people at the apartments who return every year because they enjoy it that much and we will certainly be returning too.

Fantastic place to stay, jack nick n ilias very friendly cant do enuff for you .stayed here 4 times n will keep comming back very clean apts nice pool gud food n gud atmosphere will be returning shortly great place to stay n enjoy this lovely island.trips to turkey n waterpark well worth a try

these appts. are dingy and dank. the place was not cleaned regularly. we had to ask for clean towels and sheets, and as for the bins being emptied. forget it. arriving back 1 day we found the water had been turned off which was the last straw and we moved to another accomodation down on the beach. the manos rep was a complete waste of space also. DON`T STAY AT THE IRENE!!!!

We first went to kos on our hunnymoon aug 2005, at irene appartments, it was so fantastic we cant seem to go any where else.

Nothing is to much trouble for these guys, we have stayed in many of the rooms and each one is clean and well equipt.

I should not brag about these appartments as knowing my luck i wont be able to book for this year

We have just had 2 weeks at the Irene apartments in psalidi. The owner Elias and his two sons Jack and Nick couldn’t have made us more welcome.

It is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. The apartments were more than we expected very spacious and clean.

Psalidi itself is beautiful the people are very friendly, and at the bottom of the road from the Irene you can get a bus into kos town for less than 1euro each and like we did we stayed on the bus and went on to Lambi got off the bus at the quick corner.

The beach there is lovely, free sunbeds and you get waiter service if you want it, you don’t have to move at all, only to go for a swim, it was wonderful.

Fantastic place to stay Elias Jack and Nick are really sound people, they really looked after us during our 1 week stay.

The food was great swimming pool was great the apartment was basic but was very clean.

Kos is great to once you get to know it there's a Chinese restaurant called far east which was great.

The food was really good and loads of shops and bars, will definitely go back one day hopefully take all the family next time.

Just returned from a week staying at the Irene Apts. Had an amazing holiday which was mainly due to the family that run the hotel. Ilios, Nick & Jack will make you feel very welcome and show you a great time.

The rooms are basic but just what you need, but the pool area and bar is great. Its suitable for everyone really, friends, couples and families. Only 25 rooms so everyone gets to know each other and the hotel has a great atmosphere.

Its is bout 25 mins walk to Kos Town which we did a few times or you can jump in a taxi for only 6 euros.

I will definately try to return sometime in the future!!
