Jan 2007,  I Bilgrami

We have been to Alba 3 years running and its like paradise.
The staff and the facilities are fantastic. The food is unbelievable. The staff work ever so hard to make your stay happy and stress free.
The animation team put on great shows. Words cannot describe the fantastic holidays we have had.
Hassan the chef cooks snacks at the pool bar every afternoon and his favourite word is'licka licka' (delicious).

We booked the holiday about 4 months...
8 / 10
Dec 2006, Mr RJ Clarke

We booked the holiday about 4 months before going, for my wife, me and my 18 year old daughter, for a week’s holiday. We picked the hotel, because of the facilities it advertised, all at a value for money price.
We were not disappointed, as the hotel more than met our expectations and more.
Yes there were a lot of Germans in the hotel and the staff did try to speak to you in German, but they also spoke English once you made it clear you were not German and I even learnt some of their language (Turkish), which went down well.
Overall the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, making you very welcome. The German guests, who I met were friendly as well.
The daytime and evening entertainment was by the Hotel animation staff, who were friendly and certainly tried their best to entertain you.
The food was excellent, and being buffet style, gave you a choice of meals every time you ate, quality of food was excellent. There was a gala night while we were there, were you dressed up for the night and they set up the tables on the lawn, with a stage and dance floor, just for the evening.
They had various food stations set up on the lawn, where they cooked the food for you, there were different themes of food, Turkish, Chinese, India, Arabic and many more to choose from, you chose what food you wanted from these and waiters fetched your drinks for you. During the meal there was entertainment and after the meal dancing till late. We all had a fantastic night.
We also booked for an evening meal at the Italian restaurant, also part of the All inclusive deal and had a superb evening.
There was choice of pools and we chose the quieter pool, where we could relax. We then went to the other pool area for the daytime entertainment. The hotel had its own sea front with plenty of sun beds available.
The currency used outside the Hotel in shops, bars and restaurants was Euros, we made the mistake at one point of changing £'s to Turkish Lire and found although they would take them, they much preferred the Euro.
We all enjoyed our holiday at this hotel and would seriously consider going back.

This hotel was absolutely amazing, ok there were Germans but a lot of English as well. The entertainment was fantastic in English and German.
The animation team were fabulous with the poolside games. The food wasn’t the best but hey I had the best holiday I have ever had! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
In a lovely area 10 minute walk maximum to the shops it couldn’t get any better I will love to go back there next year. I really miss it and we made some life long friends there as well I can’t wait to go back.

We went to the alba on a last minute...

We went to the alba on a last minute deal and it was a delight to find that the friendly staff, plus wonderful weather made this holiday one to never forget.
Ok the hotel is rather large but fantastic decorated and food were great. We spent many a night in the bar in reception and they were very friendly. This hotel did cater for the Germans but even the Germans had a good time.
The entertainment team were great and we are contemplating going again.

Me and my husband took our 4 children...

Dec 2005, Gs Stevens

Me and my husband took our 4 children to the Alba Resort last July and I have to say it was the best hotel we have ever been to, (and we go on holiday twice a year!) The food was delicious.
We found the entertainment to be superb and there was plenty to do for our children. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was beautifully decorated inside and out and was always spotlessly clean.
As one of our children was a 1 month old baby they provided us with a ready prepared cot and baby blankets! All in all I would most definitely recommend this dream hotel to a friend and are sure we will be visiting this hotel again sometime soon!

We went to the Alba Resort Hotel for...

Jun 2005, Mrs R Scott

We went to the Alba Resort Hotel for our honeymoon. The hotel food was superb, the decor was lovely and spotlessly clean. There was plenty available to do, and the beach was also really nice.
We found the staff very friendly, the only difficulty we had was the resort was mainly occupied by German holiday makers and so the entertainment was presented in German. The holiday generally was wonderful and I couldn’t fault them.

Hotel was a very big complex, but was...
6 / 10
Apr 2004, Miss S Manzoor

Hotel was a very big complex, but was a little disorganised, card system was employed so no cash was used to pay for anything in the hotel-this led to confusion as all prices were in euro, and not much of the staff spoke English. Although food was excellent, entertainment not so good. Lots to do for children, including pets to see, slide in the pool, and Novelty Park. Not good for couples-very little to do outside resort and local buses stopped running after 8pm,maybe due to not peak season?? I have been too many other hotels and resorts in Turkey-but this was not one of the best!
