I am being very generous giving 1 here. Have been to Tenerife on many numerous times and without doubt this was the worst holiday of the lot. The Reps are useless and the accommodation not much worse. Most of the holiday fund went on eating out, thank god for Beckhams bar... more

This hotel is the worst I have been in for many a year, it is never a 3 star, the food was bordering on uneatable, we never had clean towels the whole week we were there. Sat TV had only sky news, the bar closed at 11:45 prompt. you couldn’t buy a drink after this time... more

having read some of the damning reports I dreaded arriving at the ocean club. I was pleasantly surprised to find the place seemed to be quite tidy. room was basic but clean, food was always well presented and warm and the staff continually cleaning the serving surfaces.... more
