We do not want to be unfair but I feel I must warn others that although First Choice will tell you this Aparthotel is suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair we do not agree.
It did not help with my husband’s disability scooter being broken on the flight over. (Something that has not happened with other tour operators) £650 worth of damage.
There are ramps but they are blocked with all the sun beds. So are the toilets and it was impossible to get to the dining room when all sun beds out.
With hindsight we should have insisted the reps took us to the dining room. We could not bring ourselves to ask all the holiday makers to move their sun beds to let us past.
Anyone who is reading this and has booked to go here please be advised sort any complains out while there and don’t be fobbed off. You have no chance once your home.
We have written endless letters of complaint but First Choice still insist Hotel is suitable for wheelchair users. As the wife of a wheelchair user I very strongly disagree.
