As we got to the hotel earlier hours in the morning all we wanted to do was jump in to bed as the porter showed us to our room we were very upset as we only had two single beds between three of us.
So we spoke to the rep in the morning she said she will be sorting it so we was expecting a good nights sleep, but that wasn’t the case as there was no third bed so we had to take it in turns to sleep on a lilo which was not nice. This lasted for three nights we was not happy so had another word with a different rep she then sorted it out finally.
The food well what can I say, the first couple of days was ok eaten it but then it was hell to eat. It was the same salad bits and for the three dishes of hot food it was rice, fish, pizza or chicken and Brussels. If there was Brussels one day you would see it the next day but in a source it wasn’t very appetising. We did eat out a few nights as we couldn’t take any more. There are lots of different restaurants and bars about 10 min walk and people are all friendly.
The entertainment was ok there was karaoke, bingo and kids night. But don’t jump in the pool if you are not allowed. On one bingo night sonic and JonJon where telling people to jump in the pool which was funny to watch and they also threw JonJon in and nothing was said. As it was a laugh, but two nights later three men decided to jump in the pool for a laugh, they got out straight away then a member of staff was very aggressive towards the man. We were very angry with this behaviour especially as it is supposed to be a family resort all the kids where scared. There wasn't even an apology the next day for his behaviour.
The rooms where basic but clean. As the cleaners cleaned the rooms every day. You also have to pay for drinks after 11, and you only allowed two drinks at 10.45 so get all the drinks in before. The bar staff and in the restaurant are friendly, JonJon is also friendly and really tries to involve people.
Over all it was ok I would go back but my mum wouldn't for how much we paid for what we got.

I paid in the region of £300 for two weeks. Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed myself. At the end of the day I though £300 for two weeks you couldn't expect anything any better.
We arrived in the early hours of the morning and got checked in fairly quickly. The receptionists were fantastic. At first we thought the room was too dark, but this was due to the trees outside (we were on the bottom floor of block 2). When we went to the reception to ask to be changed rooms to a lighter room they showed every single room available.
So when we got settled properly into the new room. The holiday went like a dream. I thought the drinks were brilliant as you could always get soft drinks through the night. The staff were absolutely brilliant, couldn't fault them. Those people that complained about staff I think at the end of the day you have to take into consideration that they are working from about 8 in the morning till 2 or 3 in the morning.
The entertainment wasn't fantastic, but I think Sonic did amazingly well with the resources that he was given. Whilst we were there we had lots of karaoke, deal or no deal, table tournaments and volley ball in the pool. Sonic speaks the best English of the staff so therefore he was getting roped into everything from customer complaints to booking Turkish baths and answering the telephone so a pat on the back for him!!!!
There is a little shop on site which is brilliant to have as if the kids want an ice cream or inflatable you can get in there. The guy that runs the shop will keep your inflatables inflated all day if the start going flat.
Also if you were going out on the town for the night you almost guaranteed to meet up with the staff who would greet you and show you around.
The Turkish bath was immaculate and the staff were fantastic especially Harun and Ismial.
The only problem that I saw was that the slide broke down on several occasions but was always fixed.
We had maid service everyday, rooms cleaned fresh towels etc.... (Flowers too!!!)
Am going back at some point to see them all again. All in all fantastic staff, hotel, food and swimming pool may I add was cleaned daily!!!!!!!!

After reading some of the comments on Magico Bronzo I was apprehensive of what myself my partner and 3 kids were letting ourselves in for. I feel I have to comment on the good and bad parts of our holiday.
First time all inclusive and also the last, the hotel itself is ok, clean rooms and plenty space, apart from the balcony's which you have no chance of sharing a glass with your partner as they are tiny.
The problems start when you try and find something for your kids to eat, I myself thought the food was ok, a bit repetitive but edible, the kids on the other hand hardly ate a thing from the hotel. They would put chips on at breakfast time (who wants chips for breakfast) but no other time, as the kids wouldn't eat anything that was there we asked at dinner time if we could have some chips for them, they obliged with a smile then promptly charged us £2 a plate, so beware of this. Also on brochure it says free drinks till midnight, you get charged for drinks as soon as the clock strikes 11.
Also beware the slide in the pool if you have small kids, when they eventually do put it on, there is usually a mad scramble to get on it but there is nobody there to keep any order. Entertainment wise now... I'm still waiting for it to start, non existent.
This was a cheap last minute holiday and I guess we got what we paid for. I would treat this hotel as half board and if I was to do it again (which I won't) I would be out of there each evening to a decent restaurant and some family fun elsewhere.

Magico Bronzo - English translation total dump!
I paid over £1000 for myself and 13 year old daughter for a week. The rooms were extremely basic and dated, with shower curtains which did not fit, so bathroom was constantly flooded (we moved room due to this, but new room was exactly the same, and I was assured by the staff member that all rooms are like this!) Also walls were extremely thin and we could hear everything that was going on in the next bedroom and bathroom.
Food was very monotonous, and snacks were not included in the All Inclusive package! Evening entertainment was very poor.
I also found that during the night it was very noisy, with drunks shouting, swearing and throwing up in the corridors.
The only thing this hotel has going for it is a good sized pool.
In summary, a very poor hotel, which I would not recommend to anyone.

The Magico Bronzo hotel is the worst all inclusive holiday I have ever been on.
The hotel is filthy, the sun beds are filthy and the food is disgusting.
What you don’t eat one day gets served up another day, we had the same chicken curry served up for 3 days, they serve chips for breakfast and if they don’t get eaten they then put them out for lunch, cold.
The bar staff watch how many drinks you have in the evening and if you have more than 2 glasses on your table they won’t serve you another drink.
Management are not interested in your complaints and Goldtrail who are the tour operators are not interested in any complaints you have.
I paid for all inclusive, but when I got there I was told I had paid for a "soft" all inclusive, which means no free ice creams and no free bar snacks, all we had was 3 disgusting meals a day, it felt like prison. I feel sorry for anyone who books a holiday there in the future.
This is not just my feelings, all the people that were holidaying the same week as me felt the same.

We returned home about 3 weeks ago now, and were going back in 2 weeks time. Had a fantastic time.
Rooms were basic but if you’re just sleeping in them then its fine.
Food was edible but not all to our taste, but there are plenty of restaurants in town which is only a 10min walk away.
The staff at the hotel were brilliant, but watch the bar staff, they are very flirty and will 'try it on' with any one and everyone if you are female. Although getting friendly with the staff does help if you want a good night out in town, as they know the best spots to go to, and they can get everything allot cheaper as they are local.
The entertainment is ok but not brilliant; you have to make the night your own basically.
But overall I would suggest this hotel to anyone who wants a cheap holiday that’s lots of fun!

Went to Magico Bronzo with friends and family we stayed for two weeks all in an the food was rubbish!
The hotel manager was very rude an so were the cleaners they only gave us 1 toilet roll a week an there was four of us in one room an five in another. I would advice no one to take young children here as it is not safe an the children’s and activities are very poor!!!!!
Magico Bronzo needs updating and is should really be a 1*.

This holiday has been the best holiday ever! I went with my mum and was expecting to just drink lots, and chill out and read books around the pool; but it never really turned out that way because there was so much to do!
The staff are all really friendly unless you’re off with them, would you be friendly to someone who was off with you? But it was amazing, Sonic and Sam even got a very rare day off and hired a car and we went out and had a traditional Turkish breakfast, which isn’t the same as you get in the hotel, but ask them roughly where you would get one and I’m sure they'd help.
They also took us to the gorge and I noticed they had like little tree houses at the bottom of the gorge which you can hire so I’m going to try and stay there for a few nights next time as it’s so romantic.
I'll be going back hopefully at the end of august to see my Sam (sebtor) and sonic and the fabulously beautiful Louise but only because we are so fabulous together ha-ha!
Can’t wait to go back, it’s like a different world!

After reading the previous review on this hotel we went with a fairly open mind. There were 2 adults and 2 children (6 & 7 years old).
The rooms themselves are perfectly adequate, bed with clean sheets, fresh towels, wardrobe, drawers, and space (what more do you need on holiday?). Please note though the balconies are tiny i.e. will hold 2 people stood up side by side) so there is no sitting out with a glass of wine.
The rooms that we were allocated 3102 & 3103 I would suggest you avoid at all costs, especially if you have children as they are literally on the bar area and the music continues at very high levels till about 2.30am. It was not practical at all with young children!
The pool is large and always clean with plenty of sunbeds. The slide is opened several times a day. Be aware though that the shallow end of the pool is 1m20cm and there is no sloping entry so be particularly careful with children. The children’s pool is about the size of a bath but is adequate for younger ones.
The food is basic. Breakfast is omelettes, bread, and salad? cereal. Lunch and dinner are generally a mush of chicken, fish, or beef with rice, pasta, or chips. Small salad bar which is mostly dressings.
The food is bland and uninteresting and again caters in no way for children as everything (even the plain pasta) has rich sauces on it. The kids ended up living on rice, bread, and cucumber and we went out for dinner 4 nights out of 7.
Entertainment - well I don't know what everyone else thought was so great in this area. In the 6 nights we were there we had Karaoke 4 times, deal or no deal 1 night and music quiz the other. Practically nothing through the day except for water football which the children weren't allowed to join in with.
The entertainment staff catered in no way shape or form for younger children except on one occasion when they put a Turkish cartoon on for them. The basic premise is if you are one of maybe 12 guests that they take a liking to they won't leave you alone and will do whatever you want but if you have kids or don't play water football you will find them a massive letdown.
Hisaronu is a nice 15 minute stroll away and offers something for everyone. Everyone down there is really friendly. Try and get down there to eat on a couple of occasions (£5 for 3 courses), it makes a welcome change from the hotel. We recommend the Lemon Tree and Honeymoon Retreat.
Definitely have a Turkish bath while you are there, they let the kids go free and really include them. Also we did the jeep safari which was a very long but great day out and for £20 per adult you should definitely give it a go!
All in all we had a great time and met some fab people but the Magico Bronzo is not somewhere I would return to. The soft all inclusive option that they operate limits you to cheap lager, vodka, gin and raki or soft drinks (which you are only allowed in tiny glasses) and bad food.
The entertainment might as well be nonexistent and there is absolutely nothing to do for children. However in its favour nice pool, great staff and clean rooms.
My advice - if you get a cheap deal give it a go but expect to go out every night for food and fun. Basically treat it as a half board with the benefit of drinks and you will have a fab time!

We have been to Magico Bronzo four times now. Mainly as the staff and the location were brilliant. I am sad to say that we will not be returning.
Maybe it’s because the previous management and their staff were so brilliant, unfortunately this time was not so. The staff were not helpful and in some instances were rude.
We were disgusted to be told on the day of our departure that we were not allowed any drinks unless we bought them and had to push for food. Also they had stopped the snacks you had to pay for them all through the week.
You had to pay for Air Con and the Safe which is not too unusual but our friend’s safe didn’t work until the fourth day of the holiday and you couldn’t get your money back.
I do not like leaving a bad report but when you pay for All Inclusive and you are used to such good service, I feel that people should be more aware of it.

We arrived during the early hours of the morning and after reading up on all the bad reviews we was very apprehensive about our holiday.
The rooms are basic but very clean, and maid service every day.
Food is very basic but there was enough choice for everyone to have, including salad, main courses, and sweets. Alcohol is not the strong stuff so if you have teenager children with you then you don’t need to worry about the strength of the beer.
The poolside is very clean, no problems with sunbeds as there was plenty and at the back of the hotel there are some big floppy cushions that you can lay on and sunbathe, the slide is great fun for everyone including the adults.
Evenings are really up to yourself, if you want a karaoke then ask Sonic and he will do one. We was only here for a week and was very sorry to leave, the staff were very helpful and always happy to help. Sonic and Stiffler are a great entertainment couple and once the main season comes round they will entertain you all night.
Hisonaru is only a 10 minute walk but if you not feeling very energetic then a taxi from the hotel door costs only 8 lira.
You must go on the Talk of the Town night, absolutely fantastic night, and the best night out for a long time.
We had a great holiday, please don’t judge this hotel until you experience it, it has had a lot of bad write up, but it is a great place to stay.

After flying most of the night we arrived at the hotel and were shown to our room at 4.30 in the morning. For a start there was no bed for my son. Then as the staff went to get a bed I noticed there were ants crawling on the floor to my horror they were absolutely loads of them crawling on the beds and also in the shower and toilet.
I used the loo and actually fell off the loo as the whole toilet was not even bolted to the floor.
I was so upset so was my son as this is the first all inclusive holiday he has been on. The staff wouldn't move us and told us tomorrow at 12 noon. We were so disgusted with the room that we went a walk round the hotel to get a drink as we couldn’t sleep in the room.
Looking around the pool we noticed that most of the sun beds had seen better days and there were dust in pool bar and looked a mess. We couldn’t get a drink until breakfast. My husband was so disappointed with the hotel he sat down for two hours unable to speak!
We got moved to another room which was a little better. Although the shower room had black mould round shower tray and the sink leaked all the time so you had a very wet and damp tiled floor to try not to fall on.
Food! The food was very basic if you like chicken then this is brilliant for you. The breakfast was bread, cereal, chips and sausages, omelettes after two days of omelettes and cereal and toast its enough for anyone! Dinner was a mush of chicken and rice and salad with the occasional fish or beef, but all with garnish’s on and wasn't pleasant.
Puddings consisted of small square like cake things melon, and cold rice pudding. Tea! Well same as dinner really the only thing my husband ate was bread as if you don’t Like rice and pasta it helped fill him up! Overall the food was rubbish.
Snacks what snacks cake in the afternoon witch was hard! The drinks were basic tea was undrinkable!
Entertainment! What entertainment! We saw karaoke guess that tune during the day pool football which no one joined in on at all. It was rubbish we had to go out every night elsewhere.
All inclusive. Sorry it’s not at all there's no ice creams for children no snacks during the day the drinks are only basic.
Reps! No help what so ever
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone you save up all year for that special holiday and after first day you want to go home. Whilst we were there we spoke to allot of people which when they got to the hotel hadn’t even got a room and were taken to another hotel and had to travel to use magico bronzo's facilities and for there food. Beds had also collapsed on people and everyone felt they had been robbed for the money they had paid for the holiday.
Hotel rating 1 star only and not all inclusive as booked half board.
