Just come back after a week in this disgusting hotel how any one who goes to this hotel and rates it must have as low standards as this hotel, food would not give to dog cold floating with grease, as for ai package granted local drinks but if you drink vodka whiskey 1 % lager youll be allright anything else you have to pay for, entertainment bingo one game all week music for 17 year old turkish rappers average age 35 40 if you complain just turn it up, complain to management tell you to move to diffrent hotel as for rep never seen whole week ,numbers given out they do not answer complain to gold trail not their problem, how they rate this hotel 4suns not even 1 sun back hander somewhere along the way if you havent paid for holiday dont go i read forum after paying, biggest mistake of life should have cut losses and saved myself 900 after getting their eating out and drinking Please Please do not go to this hotel 90% people there going to complain 10% have just not got any standards what so ever or have never been to a 4 Star hotel.

The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. The is food is passable, the wines and beers etc.are very poor. The room is very basic, the beds are uncomfortable,sheets and pillows very shabby.If your room is in the block behind the entertainment section you need to be a heavy sleeper as you probably wont sleep before 2.00 am.The all inclusive is a waste of time ,as we frequented the restaurants and bars in the area "which are good and plentiful".We couldn't get glass of fruit juice in the Hotel even though the area is awash with every type of fruit you can imagine.If we paid extra of course you can.
There is a photographer on site that pesters the life out of you and he is very intrusive.
On the plus side most of the staff are friendly the pool is clean but the sunbeds are a joke they are dirty and sagging. You certainly get what you pay for 2 1/2 stars only.

do not book this hotel. we booked two weeks all inclusive with goldtrail on the 5th september for 14 nights. on the transfer coach we were handed a letter stating that the hotel fethiye relax had been overbooked and we were being transfered to the bena hotel for 3 nights. we were dropped off at the bena at 4.00am, no one spoke any english, we were thrown into a room with no explanation, the place was a disgusting bed and breakfast. next morning we went down to the fethiye relax and seen the rep, she told us that this was the first time that this had happened and that there was nothing she could do about it, we could use the facilities but had to walk to and from the hotel. there were ten couples in the bena. when we were eventually given a room on the monday,the hotel rooms were clean, bedding and towels were changed every day, the staff were very nice, hotel manager was an arse hole. beer was so watered down that you would have to drink a hundred of them to feel tipsy, spirit measures were measured with an eye dropper, main seating area was dirty, and the food if you liked salads and chips you were fine otherwise crap.
every flight that was coming in people were up at the beno at least 6 couples at a time.
take some good advice and save your money.

Well were do I start! After arriving at the hotel on Saturday evening 06/09/08 me and my family were gutted. I booked the holiday for myself my husband & my 11 year old son, got keys for our room only to find 2 single beds in the room, no third bed for my son. I therefore went to reception only to be fobbed off by the receptionist saying we have no other rooms. I then asked to see the manager who I had to get high rate with before he would bring us another bed for our room. The maid came, started to make up the bed with a sheet & pillowcase full of holes, yes I am serious. Then after exploring the bathroom (if thats what you could call it ) I had to buy bleach from the supermarket for the shower base & toilet, we were not the only residents that had to do this it was filthy. Food & drink all inclusive basis they were having a laugh, if you got a drink you could not get a second 1 within a space of 30mins the larger was like water the wine vinegar, & soft drinks were watered down. As regards to the food it consisted of oily vegetables and hard chips, the bread was the only edible thing on the menu. We had to eat out there was no ice cream or other suitable options for children. The snack bar owner across the way was in his element as everone from the hotel were buying from him as apposed to the all inclusive hotel they were staying in. If you left any lilo's by the pool they would be on sale again in the pool side shop, yes I am serious. I have never experienced such appalling circumstances within any of my holidays abroad until this. It is quite frankly a disgrace to call this hotel 4 star rating. Me and my family spent over £500.00 extra bacause we had to eat out for our weeks holiday. I read the reviews before I went away and thought people exaggerate, but I can assure you The Club Magico Bronzo Hotel is a disgrace and who ever gave it a 4 star rating has not been very truthful to the public, and its diabolical that the holiday companies are allowed to sell this hotel to paying customers. However the rest of our holiday was great the people and place its self was beautiful. I would recommend you do not waste your well earned cash on booking this hotel.

Air Con £25 pw, Fridge £15 pw & Safe £15 pw
At the bar - 1% Beer (no joke) and local drinks ended at 11pm
4* - NO WAY - say 2* to be generous
Food same - Melon only fruit at breakfast. Orange drink made with powder.
English breakfast £4 includes chips. Chicken most days. Bread & Soup was good.
Shower & toilet - mouldy & small - Rail hanging by plastic chain attached to ceiling.
I lifted shower curtains over rail and used as wet room.
Management rude and insulting. Stopped all inclusive at 12am on departure day.
Staff helpful and cheerful. The pool was immaculate. Couldn't say the same for the room.
Several arriving guests had no room allocation.
WORST HOTEL EVER
DONT GO THERE
Enjoyed Turkey and people. Restaurants and bars good. Will go B&B next time.

The Litera resort is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I normally go 4* this time we went 5 suns. The food was cold and bland always the same. Hygiene did not exist. Toilets had no lids for soiled paper and there often is only one door between toilet and food preparation and service, There where many complaints of stomach upsets, I lost 2 ½ stone in two weeks. Air conditioning often did not work. There was no water in our room for 14 hours one day and the toilet was full. The staff are friendly the management are incompetent and do not care.
DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IT MAY EFFECT YOUR HEALTH

on arrival the reception was no better than a taxi rank, then we were met with our room. my overall opinion was total shock. the rep told us if we wanted to move then we had to find our own hotel, and complain when we got home. the only positive part of the hotel was the swimming pool, not to mention some of the staff namely apo, who introduced himself and was very polite and courteous to everyone, the entertainment on the evenings was good but the music was rubbish, i suppose the dj had to make the most of what he had. i think that with the right management and a little updating of the hotel then this could be a brilliant hotel in the future but for now i shall not be going back.

I have returned after a week at this hotel and i have to say i was not looking forward to it after reading the reviews, however i was surprised at how nice it actually was.
Having been on an all inc with thomas cook to the bodrum area the previous year i had something to compare it to and the thomas cook hotels actual rating was 4*, the room in bodrum was much smaller than the ones in the relax with much more storage and a bigger bathroom. It was more than big enough for two however for three i could see that it may be a problem. Also i found the balconies very roomy, much more so than the ones at my previous hotel. The room itself was clean and cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels, the shower did prove a problem as the curtain hung an inch away from the shower tray, this could be solve by not closing the curtain around you and being careful with the direction of the spray.
The food was always good and niether my friend or I was ill from the food. Both of us suffered from stomach upsets a couple of days in but having not eaten any of the same food the previous day we put it down to the ice in the drinks. The rest of the week we asked for no ice and neither of us suffered again.
During the day the pool is a excellent place to chill out and catch a few rays, they play good music all day and a good range of it too. There is also plently of entertainment including arobics (although im not sure that the entertainer is trained in arobics as he pulled a few moves i have been shown NOT to do in british arobic classes!!).
There is a FREE bus down to the lagoon which is beautiful and a def must visit! The bus takes you in good time in the morning and brings you back around 5.
The only negative is some of the waiting staff, we were told on our first day by one particular waiter that we couldnt complain about him as he was friends with the 'boss'. We had hassle from him all week about buying cocktails and other crap we didnt want and then to top it off he literally chased after us as we were getting on the transfer back home to ask us if we had left a tip, where we had left it and how much it was!
A few people have complained that the hotel was not a 4* like they were sold it to be ... all i can say is do your research, its quite clear in the gold trail broucher that it is suns and not stars .. we questioned this at the time and the travel agent told us how the suns work and also who in their right mind thinks that they are getting an all inc 4* holiday for little over £400 per person. what a joke!
To sum it up if you want a cheapish relaxing get a way i would recommend it, if your fussy and particular and cant do your own research look elsewhere , you get what you pay for and this was £300 less than the next cheapest holiday with the same spec with different tour operaters I could find when booking.

If I could mark this a zero I would have. I have now been back for 3 days having returned to work today and still taking imodium to make sure I get through the day.
Shower curtain hanging with a piece of electrical wire, sick (said it was coffee) stains down the side of one bed. £40.00 for air conditioning and safe for the week! Staff are really friendly - probably have to be due to the poor quality of the hotel. Definitely not a 4* if it got a 1* rating I would be surprised. Have been to better 2* in Majorca with Ants crawling everywhere.
Billy's Beach is the saviour - gets you away from the hotel ALL DAY and decent beach, lagoon and food!
Rep didn't want to know so don't bother complaining. Reception "I know nothing".
Location fantastic but choose wisely where you stay - found a really good 2* in Hisaronu which would have been a lot better for £35 for a family room per night.
Onur Air is a joke - the least legroom on a flight I have ever experienced, no food and expensive for a drink - try a 4 hour flight with no enterainment and a teenager - not the best start to any holiday. If you are thinking of booking GoldTrain DONT - pay double the price and go with a reputable company you WILL get a good holiday !

we booked this holiday through the holiday holiday site when we arrvived we were told our room wouldnt b ready till 12 this was at 7.15 in the morn after a night flight we were then told we could sit by pool with our baggage at 12 we ask 4 our room only 2 b told that no room was going 2 b free that day and we were being moved 2 nother hotel which was miles from our resort and a lower grade no rep inform us what was hap or who was 2 blame we lost 2day of our hoilday in keep changing hotels and it was 3days b 4 goldtrail rep turn up the hotel blamed the rep and the rep blamed the hotel and we never even got a sorry 4 inconv
