Riu Mehari Hotel

6 of us went to the mehari after finishing uni, we had a great time. the hotel was good, good food with plenty to choose from and the rooms were really clean. the entertainment team was immense both in the evening and during the day. they provided lots of sports and activities for people of all ages. this hotel is suitable for couple young and old, families and friends holidays. it is right on the beach which also had lots of things to do eg camel riding, horse riding, jet skis, banana boats etc. overall a great holiday and i would... more

It is a good hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are clean but unfortunately not soundproof. Good reception staff and restaurant service. Food is plentiful but not very toasted especially meat which seems to be recycled. Internet is about 4 Euro/hour when majority of others hotels offers Wifi in rooms free of charge. Overall, it is a good price/quality hotel.

Can not fault the hotel real great vaule for money food was 10/10 pool was clean and tidy room was clean just what you expect in a 3 star not over the top staff real friendly but english was only spoken buy a few of the staff. Hotel full of rude french and germans who have no manners and just walk in front of you or just push in. Over all a great time had in the hotel would recommend but watch out for the rude guys you know who you are !!!!!

The hotel was clean and nice, no overflow of anything but just enough and clean. Very good hotel to be only a 3 star hotel, we liked it even if we were quite lonely as a couple here, most of the visitors were families with children. We got all inclusive offer that is the only alternative during summer months, food is good and the wine and beers too. What a terrible experience we have had here. Our room has been stolen the very first day of our vacation there. The hotel did nothing to help us but say that this never happens. It was really awfull. Everything has been stolen from us, from money, to playstation portable and even the bag of my 5 month old daughter.They forced the door of the terrace to get in while we were only away for one hour. The even took my husbands passport so he had to tracvel to Tunis, the ambassy to get new papers or he could not leave the country. This vacation... more
