It is next to The Presidential Palace, it is a little walk to the river but no more than 5 mins.
There is a Tesco's near, Yes! a Tesco's selling everything you would find at home and local food too.
There is an amazing restaurant called the UFO which looks over the Danube, for a small fee you can go and look from the top. Also you can just have drinks if you wish.
Watch out if you are arriving at the Airport and get a Taxi, it is advisable to ask before you get in how much the fare is as one of our party was charged 1000 Slovakian Koruna and we were charged 500.
The people are very friendly and the restaurant are good, with very reasonable prices.
Also Vienna is a hour’s train ride away which costs about £7 round trip.
