Neos Ikaros

Agia Galini is a small village in the south of the Greek island of Crete. All the locals are very welcoming, the food is great and the weather is superb.
The hotel that I stayed in was clean and had good facilities including a pool, a pool bar, volleyball court, play area and outdoor terrace. There is only one nightclub in the village, called Jukebox, and it is usually busy at the weekends. It plays a range of music and takes requests, the drinks are quite expensive compared to the local bars and restaurants.
The beach is quite big and there are plenty of bars and tavernas situated close by. there is also water sports on offer including: jet skis, banana boats, rubber rings and pedalos.
