The bedroom was ok a bit on the small side and so was the en-suite, however the door between the two may as well not have been there as there was a huge gap between the "closed" door and the frame. This wasn't really acceptable.
Breakfast was ok if you only enjoy a typical English fry up and white bread. They ran out of brown bread on the first day and it never occurred to them to get more.
When someone asked for Green tea, they didn't understand the question and offered mint flavoured black tea! The coffee was the sort that is made by someone who clearly doesn't drink coffee.
On the website it mentions about a conservatory, but this is not open to quests, and is being used by the staff to do their ironing. Mentioned in their leaflet, but not on the website, is that the main line railway is immediately adjacent to the hotel.
When you visit Bath you must eat at DeMuths Vegetarian restaurant it was wonderful, great food, service, and the price was great too!
