We stayed at this hotel last year and it was fantastic, possibly one of the best hols ever to Turkey. I could not fault this hotel in any way.
The only downside is that if you want to go into Hisaronu at night you have no choice but to get a taxi there & back. The road to the hotel is in total darkness you could not see your hand in front of you.
I promise you a fab time at this hotel.

Apr 2007, STARMAN

The Montana Pine hotel is situated near the top of the infamous Olu Deniz/Hisaronu hill (do not walk down or up the hill! phew!)
My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and all I can say is that the hotel made the special time even more special.
The first thing that hits you is the friendliness of all the staff from the security guys at the front gate, the reception staff, waiters to the maid - all will go out there way to help you, first class!
The rooms are nicely decorated, the only fault was the air con (or lack of). I have been to quite a few hotels in Turkey of lesser star awards and the air con was far superior (majority of times we have been at the same peak weather time). I wouldn't grumble at paying a little charge for better air con.
The facilities are very good, the basic gym(which I used every day)was well maintained, and they have various services on offer for local rate, massages etc.
The three pools were very clean, the main one being very deep with a lovely waterfall that cascades water from the second smaller pool down. But if you just want to totally chill out-go the secret pool at the back of the hotel-it was brilliant!
The food at all times of day/night was great, good selection to choose from in a buffet style. The dress code is slightly smarter at night time (i.e. no shorts and vest's that you've had on all day!)
And if the entertainment at the hotel isn't enough, there are taxi facilities at the main gate, just ask the security men.
Overall the hotel is amazing - I will def return one day soon.
Forgot to say, there is no music at the pools - bring your mp3's!!
Enjoy!

Unfortunately we spent the first 2 days experiencing the worst weather Turkey has had in years in October.
But the hotel was lovely and we were really pleased with our choice through lastminute.com. We loved this hotel because it was away from the main town and right up on the hill in amongst the pine trees.
The accommodation is perhaps in need of an update, but the maid came in every day to keep things fresh and tidy.
The buffet each morning and evening was varied and plentiful, but do remember that on half board you will need to pay for your drinks each day (not including juice and tea/coffee in the morning).
Going at the end of the season meant there were plenty of friendly staff to see to our every need, and to keep the hotel and gardens clean and tidy.
There are plenty of trips to do in the area and the lagoon in the nearby town is very picturesque. I would definitely recommend this hotel for some rest and relaxation.

Well what can we say about Montana pine its was amazing the food was fantastic and the staff were all very friendly!
We have just came home from a 2 week stay here we couldn’t fault anything about it! we would highly recommend this brilliant hotel. The town of Hisaronu is packed with cheep shops and warm welcoming bars and restaurants.
There is also another town very close about a 7 minute drive from the hotel called Olu Deniz there are many shops here but the main tourist point is the breathtaking blue lagoon this is a 15 minute walk from the main beach, here they offer a full range of enjoyable water sports. On Tuesdays there is a great market in Fethiye for real shopaholics.

The hotel is beautiful, set among the pine forests and full of rose gardens. The location is not the most convenient for going out in the local resorts of Hisaronu (closer) and Olu Deniz (at the bottom of the mountain), but we did not find this too much of the problem - taxis are affordable (although not as cheap as expected) and Hisaronu is walk able, provided the sun is not too high.
Food in the hotel is excellent, but drinks are very expensive, especially in the mini-bar. Service in hotel restaurants is also very good. Once you get used to the over-friendliness (by British standards) of the waiters, we actually came to quite like it. The hotel reception are very polite, but not very helpful if you have a problem that is even slightly out of the ordinary. We didn’t see much of the hotel entertainment, but we heard the singer, Mamet, every night when we got back to our room (which was the closest to the pool), and he sang the cheesiest music ever - Lady in Red, The Way You Look Tonight, etc, but it became amusing by the end of the holiday, and they did generally turn the music down at 12.30.
Highly recommend booking trips through Hamish McTurk in Hisaronu, and Scuba Diving with Aqua Pro was a great day, and while much cheaper than other trips, we still had an English guide and one-to-one attention as beginners. The Festival restaurant and Olive Tree in Hisaronu are both good and the Buzz Beach Bar (for food or a lazy evening of drinking on sofas) is excellent. We had a fabulous Turkish meal at the restaurant heading out of Hisaronu towards Fethiye on your left, which has cushions on the floor and low tables and where they get you up dancing in traditional costumes at the end of the meal!
Hisraonu is not traditional Turkey, and there are really too many bars, that play competing music (so you can hear 4 different cheesy tracks while eating your meal), but we still had a lovely holiday and would go back, but probably not for a few years.
