Booked this holiday last minute, one of the best apartments we have stayed at. Four of us (2 couples aged 50) stayed in a two bed apt with large lounge, seperate kitchen with full size cooker and washing machine, balcony was large and all overlook the pool and lovely gardens.
Rooms were very clean and staff in reception area (24hrs) and pool bar very helpful. Albufeira strip is about 5 to 10 mins walk and caters for all ages. We went to Lisbon and swimming with dolphins (do not miss this) at zoomarine.
Weather in October was very good around 25 degrees. Also went to Old town, try Casablanca and Alfredos for great food. Taxi for 4 back to apartments was 3.80euros at 01.30 in the morning cheaper than the bus 1euro each.

I absolutely loved this place. Before going I was a little unsure about the resort as the photos looked a little dull, but trust me, these photos do not do this place justice. I stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a massive balcony and pretty big rooms. The apartment had everything we wanted.
The decor throughout the resort is very stylish. In particular the apartments where they have a modern stripe on the beds and the curtains are beautiful. The pool area is also very impressive, the pool being of quite a large size, with facilities for the tiny ones the bigger kids and the deeper end for the adults. There is also a pool side bar, where by they serve all types of cocktails, food etc.
The staff in the resort were particularly nice. The resort is also very close to the beginning of the strip, which is a good starting point of the night However there is a 10/15 min walk to the beach, this is no problem as there is so much else to do.
