We were very disappointed with our room when we arrived. It was very worn and the bathroom needed a good overhaul. Some staff on reception were unhelpful, but the majority were excellent. The two pools were also in need of attention.
Virgin guests were allocated the garden rooms, however the best seafront rooms were instantly allocated to Americans. On asking if we could up grade we were told no although they advertised Vacancies out the front of the property. Breakfast was served under a tikki style hut, and was very nice.

We stayed here March 2004 with Virgin. I see it is still in their brochure. As per June 06 review we found the room dilapidated and down at heel. Breakfasts were only OK and if you got there later than the main crowd there was poor choice left since the staff were indifferent. Wouldn't stay there again.
Complaints to Virgin (with photos) yielded no positive response. It seems things haven't changed much.
