" Booked our hotel 10 months... "

Booked our hotel 10 months beforehand, but was told they had overbooked so sent us here. Wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star! States safe in your room, but there is not. We had to report the shower broken, they said they had fixed it, but they had put the wrong fitting up so you still had to hold it by hand.

Ants were crawling all over the kitchen worktops and the floor. When we told reception they said they would send the cleaner, but we still had to go a second and third time to report this, and in the end they just gave us a spray to do it ourselves!

States this hotel is a 4 star, but I think this was gained by having a sauna, solarium and jacuzzi, and when it is 32 degrees outside, this is not needed! We booked in a 4 star hotel and this was not what we expected!
