we went for a last minute break over christmas and new year we stayed for 18 days we relaxed and shopped till we dropped
the staff were friendly polite there was no hassle with timeshares either although they were in the hotel
there is a small shop in the hotel as well as a lovely restauant which was reasonable as far as price goes a lovely big bar too that catered for every taste
the shuttles to the theme parks were usually on time
although the hotel is not on international drive it is only a short walk to the trolley bus or lynx bus and staff are willing to get a taxi for you if you ask
any repairs needing done were done right away room was kept clean and tidy all in all we enjoyed our stay and do recommend this hotel
