Modern-style resort hotel set on a hill, 1.5 kilometres from Praia da Oura beach and three kilometres from Albufeira. The 362 air-conditioned guestrooms have satellite TV, direct-dial phones and balconies with sea, inland or pool views. Guests can choose to spend the day in the two swimming pools, tennis and squash courts, grass football pitch, or the restaurant and bar.

We stayed in what is now called Oura View Beach Club, it was excellent we are only dissapointed not to be able to get accommodation to stay there this year as we left it to late to book.
Make sure to ask for a pass to the "strip" from the 6th floor which makes the access very easy and avoids all the hills. Fab bakers in the little shoping area between the Oura View and the beach - people queue to get in there in the morning. The staff were excellent the we had a one bed apt which was massive and even had a dishwasher (which we only used once or twice) and a dvd player for the kids. Our friends had studios which were also nice and roomy, we will book a studio the next time as we were afraid that they would have been too small with a child
We are heading to the Club Praia da Oura next week (which is also fab but has no air con) and this will be our 3rd time staying there. Will be booking Oura View Beach Club once we return from this holiday.
