Top class hotel. Our room was upgraded to a suite upon arrival due to a mix up in the booking. We had an excellent ocean view which also covered the gardens (which were astounding).
Staff were extremely eager to please, always opening the doors etc.
Rooms were large and I must say the beds were the most comfortable I have ever stayed in and the toiletries were beautiful.
Pool area was very clean - but do watch out for the rather large Iguana's which roam the area as well as 1 small snake!!
Only bad point was the price of the internet service - $8.75 per 15 mins which was a bit extreme due to price of hotel in 1st place.
Overall a 1st class hotel which I would highly recommend.
