Three Sisters Hotel Reviews
" Don't get caught "

My wife and I have just returned from a city break in this hotel. The hotel is classed ( in the tour operators brochure ) as 5* from my experience of 5* hotels in various countries the best rating I would award for the establishment is 3* It is classed as a "boutique" hotel (for that read twee) and has laberynthine passages and very narrow spiral type staircases. We were told that our operator had generously upgraded our room to de luxe standard, I didn't see the room we were upgraded from but the one we were in was no more than adequate. The lighting system needed a degree in electronics to fathom and the noise from the cleaning of trucks and snow ploughs ( in the street outside our window) in the early hours of the morning was awful. We were looking for a touch of luxury ( which was reflected in the price) but I'm afraid the Three sisters fell short of the mark.
" Tallin old town is beautiful and this... "

Tallin old town is beautiful and this hotel is situated perfectly within it. The individually designed rooms have a perfect combination of original features and modern facilities. Each is perfectly appointed as part of a recent update.
The service is attentive and they will go our of their way to do anything for you if asked. The hotels wine bar is a great place to relax, and is set in the cellars of the building. The restaurant is great and again the service fantastic, though the food is only good, a let down in comparison to the rest of the hotel.
All in all a wonderful place to stay.
