The hotel was cheap to stay in and admittedly the views from the rooms via the balcony or poolside terrace were magnificent.
Those, sadly, are the only plus points that I can in all honesty submit.
One or two of the staff were very friendly but several of them just seemed to have a surly attitude.
One or two other sites describe the "delicious" breakfast. It consists of bread and jam and some liquid from a machine that described itself as coffee.
They boast a bar - only open in july and august - so impossible to get any kind of refreshment after the so called breakfast.
Considering the relatively new age of the hotel the rooms are very shabby - chipped and peeling paint on doors and walls and rust stains on the pipe work in bathroom, rooms not cleaned or tidied everyday or towels changed (on one occasion we went almost 3 days with the same towels).
Anyone suffering from mobility problems would have severe difficulties as they are 57 steps up to reception and still more stairs to reach the internal(only) lift.
The hot water only seemed to be available between 1900 and 2100 hrs every day. Some excuse about the solar heating having to store it up or something.
All in all the bathroom was a disgrace. Would I recommend staying here? - no!

For a 2 star hotel this hotel is very good. The accommodation although basic is clean. We had read only bad reports before we went and were worried what we had got ourselves into.
We were pleasantly surprised. Yes it does have a lot of steps to get to the hotel, but our hotel transport dropped us off at the front of the hotel, a short flight of steps down into reception and due to the nature of the resort, being on a hill, the rooms were all accessible via stairs up or down.
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff were good and kept the rooms clean and tidy on a daily basis. Towels were changed every 3 days, linen every 5 days. Breakfast was basic, bread, jam, orange juice and coffee, all palatable.
This hotel is a good base for an enjoyable holiday. For the price paid the service was above par. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close to the hotel. We tried loads. Had a great holiday and were sad to leave.
Would we go there again? Yes definitely.
