The Cerro Mar is situated in an excellent position, only a five minute walk to Albufeira old town. However, it is up a huge hill and lots of steps so I wouldn't recommend this for older or less able people!

Advice: do not go to cerro mar with any walking difficulties, i wondered why most people had trainers on!!!!
Activities: we stayed in the apartment in the evening, only went out for lunch when we were out at beach.
