just come back after a wk at club sun city and all i can say is what an amazing time. it was my first hoilday and went with the girls and would defo come here again...the hotel staff was soo friendly, and so happy and couldnt do enough for u...the reps was great always around and ready to help u when u need it....food was good... the only down side was the entertament wasnt that great but if u go out of the hotel theres loads of bars i would recomend this hotel thank u so much

Just back from sun city this August 2011 wow what a fantastic hotel so clean everywhere ,the service everywhere was brilliant.The food in the hotel was lovely,especially the cakes.
We had two family rooms which were a great size and cleaned to the highest standard.
The pools at the hotel were great ,the weather was fantastic 50 degrees some days overall it was a great holiday there was nothing to complain about and a must you have to go shopping and if you need a new gold necklace or a ring there is a fantastic shop in the hotel with yet again great service can't wait to go again next year.

I have been there last week.It was the fırst tıme ın turkey and wouldnt be last tıme.Great hotel and great location.
The garden was fantastıc.All the staff was very helffull and friendly they can do everthıng to make you happy.Food was delicous.Just need more fruit.They have bıg and very clean pool.Room cleanıng ıs everday and they gave me fresh and clean towel everday.What can I say more,I lıved great 1 week.Thanks very much all staff.Also they send me wıne and fruit on my wifes bırthday so ıt made her very happy.Hopefully See u next year agaın.

I have just returned from this hotel, and was very disapointed. The good points of the holiday were a great pool for family, and adult pool, plus an indoor, rooms were ok, very basic but no real problems just a funny unpleasant smell. Howver there were a number of bad points. Firstly, a number of friends in our group had money and belongings stolen from there room safe. When the staff were told about this issue, they wrre very very unhelpful.
The hotel is all inclusive, and the food was awful. Food from the snack bar was not worth eating, either burnt or not cooked, with same foods everyday, and the resturant choice of food was a little better,but not much.
The alchohol drinks were watered down, and i be suprised if there were actually any spirits in the drinks at all.
The staff were very un welcoming, didnt greet with morning eveening etc, and on whole just looked grumpy.
There was a kids club advertised in brouchure, but this wasnt what it cracked up0 to be, there was a hut for kids to play in but no one supervised it.
The first choice rep was not on call very much either
I did not have a good time and will certainly never go back!!!

me and my family have just come back from a wk away. i have to say that i will defo be returning next yr. the hotel was lovely and all the staff where great. especially the lady who runs the beauty parlour and her husband. my children thought it was great the staff new their names and where made to feel safe and comfortable.this is a place i will defanatly recomend to other people. 10/10

just got back from 2 weeks at sun city my family and i had a great time and met some great people.all the staff were very friendly and helpfull;bar one who ill call the prat in the cap.those of you who have stayed here will know who i mean?all in all great hotel.

Went August which was very hot. Air conditioning in the room was not that good for the temp. Room quite small but clean. Balcony very small. Service at the pool bar was not the best as only one barman and if you slipped him a few lira he would serve you first which did'nt go down well if you had manners !!!! Terrace bar very hot at night. Entertainment was good fun. Food fantastic, tried things we would not have normally eaten. The lads from the entertaiment team worked hard and we learnt some memorable dances!!. All in all a great holiday and loved Turkey although if you have heard it's cheap, it's not think they have got used to the barter and are ready with a price. It you go outside the resorts it is a bit cheaper but we found it expensive in Olu Deniz.

All inclusive means free drinks and food
Our holiday was spoilt by the fact there was often only one barman and one set of beer and soft drink pumps, which meant waiting for up to 15 mins for a drink. We visited the sister hotel, the Olu Deniz and there were 4 or 5 barmen.
The restaraunt table cloths were never changed and crumbs were swept onto the seats by the waiters hands. Choice of food was average and not as good as other hotels we have been to.
Our bedroom had a mouldy wall which was repainted whilst we were in occupancy.
Many people had ear infections from the pool so we had to be careful in the pool.
I was charged £38 for the safe but given a receipt for 42 euros. Hard to prove you were overcharged.
There is no atmosphere at night as the poolside bar is not lit and only has uv tubes over the bar itself.
We will not be returning to this hotel

After 35 yrs of traveling all round the world this is by far the worst hotel me and my wife have ever been to.
Staff fighting with the guests, This hotel is like Fawltey Towers, but with the chance you may get your head kicked in, if you complain to the staff.
The hotel owner who has his own section at the hotel bar, and a table reserved for only himself, and if you look at him you get called to reception, and you are told if it happens again you will be asked to leave the hotel.
(You could not make it up)
Forget trying to get a sunbed in the morning, it will not happen.
Try to get a drink at the bar if you are a male,If that can be acheived within 15/20 mins you would have to be related to the staff. Not that the bar is busy, they just treat guest like they are in the way.

Just got back from Sun city, travelled with my mother and teenage daughter. All had a great time, would definately go again.
Was a little disappointed when I first saw our room, its basic, however very clean. We asked to change rooms on our 1st day as we heard rooms near the adult pool were good, reception were happy to do so and moved us within 30 minutes - great. Actually the room was very similar, although brighter and on the ground floor which we preferred.
Sunbeds get taken early, between 7.30 - 8am, we found it was better to go out in the mornings, we could always then get sunbeds after lunch.
The hotel was still offering free bus service to their beach - although I had been advised prior to our departure this was no longer available.
The entertainment team are great and work really hard, the shows they put on very much involve the holiday makers- be prepared to join in! Every few nights they bring in a professional act which was enjoyable.
Loud music plays around the pool and lots of daytime activities mainly geared towards adults and teenagers, there is a adult pool which is much quieter, and an indoor pool.
The location is great, a short stroll to the many shops and beach, we also used the sister hotel on a number of occasions. Theres lots of bars and restarants too. We felt the area seemed very safe and were happy to stroll into the 'town' late at night.
We found everyone to be really friendly, although lots of people stop you to sell day trips etc, its done in a very pleasant and friendly way. I thought my teenage daughter would feel intimidated, but this was not the case. We had a problem with one waiter in the hotel who tried to become too friendly which we were uncomfortable with. Other than this I have nothing but the hightest praise for all the staff at Sun City.
Food was good, it was the first time I have done a all inclusive holiday and didn't expect too much, however I was very happy with the choice,quality and availability of food. Getting drinks wasn't always easy, we found they had only one barman during the day which caused queues, all other times it was ok though. Self service drinks, water,juice, tea and coffee are available all day which sometimes was easier than going to the bar. We found at dinner the waiters got to recognise us and would bring us our 'usual' order without us even asking which was nice.
Catching buses to other resorts was very easy.
We went on a couple of trips - jeep safari was great it also included a mud bath which we didn't expect - be prepared to get very wet tho as the locals throw water at you as the jeeps go through the villages, and an all out water fight starts between the different jeeps.
If your looking for a lively resort and a good value for money family hotel then this is the one!
