We visited this hotel for the last two weeks of August and travelled with Thomas Cook. The holiday overall was really good. Did not like the main part of Sunny Beach as too many pole dancing places etc. Not particularly suitable for families. Nessebar is a lovely place... more

We as a familiy has been at Iberostar tiara beach hotel and we love the hotel and the food and the service we get from the people who works there. Very friendly and kind. And we are looking forward to get to the hotel this summer to at date 30/7-2009. Love this hotel.

I have just arrived from a vacation at the Iberostar Tiara Beach Hotel in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. First of all I would like to comment the Sunny Beach Resort: it´s a very crowded resort, with lots of hotels, shopping, restaurants and bars. In my opinion it´s a lot of conffusion, so if you are looking for a calm holidays dont choose this resort. But in other hand if you want a lot of ammusement and people this is the right place. Now, in relation to the hotel: the rooms are ok, a standard 4 star hotel. The room maids perform an execellent work. Overall the installations are good and the swimming pool is nice. The food is very good, especially the breakfast. Last year I have been in a 5 star hotel of Iberostar and the breakfast here is the same, very good. The things that I disliked are: there are not very qualified personnel at the foods hall, not very efficient nor kind. Althought, there are also very nice people there and the manager is excellent. The worst thing there is the people in vacation at that hotel. They are mainly Germans and they do a lot of noise. Its almost impossible to get a chair by the swimming pool because they reserve the chairs very early in the morning, although it is forbidden; they play in the pool with floating devices, etc. And at night the music is very loud, although it ends at 23pm. Overall, I am not going to say that I do not reccomend this hotel. I just say choose it or not depending on what kind of holidays do you want to have. If you want a calm one, don´t choose it. Have a nice holidays!
