this was our honeymoon,we still took our little boy who was one and a half then. Staff were the best i have ever met they could not do enough for you,our room was excellent couldnt fault it.Cancun was very very nice weather was fantastic the people we met in cancun(locals)... more

Fantastic!! Me and my boyfriend went for 2weeks the best holiday ever!! The hotel was beautiful very nicely kept, our room was cleaned every day replace with clean sheets and towles and the maid was so nice puttin petals on our bed and makin swans in shape of a love heart... more

My Husband and i got married in Gretna Green, Scotland and wished we had stayed there for our honeymoon. On arrival at the hotel we expected to be greeted warmly with flowers and some kind of welcome as in the brochure.requested a double bed with being on our honeymoon.... more

Stayed at the Riu Cancun in June 2007 and had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is right on the sea front and has its own beach! There are 4 pools, 2 are infinity pools and one is the pool bar which is the best pool bar I have ever seen! Free beach towels are provided for use... more
