Kaharamana Marsa Alam Hotel
The Kahramana is set in a beautiful and dramatic location on two hills, with wonderful views of the Red Sea. Ideally situated for exploring the uncrowded reefs of Deadalus, Elphinstone and Abu Dabbab normally only visited by liveaboards. Villa style Amaraya Club rooms all with a large bedroom, separate dressing room, en-suite bathroom with shower. The rooms are located at the entrance of the property and are air-conditioned with a television, mini-bar, telephone and either two singles or one king size bed.

Highly recommend this holiday. Went with my daughter. The rooms (the beds were the most comfortable and the quilts were great) and resort are very clean (Bins for rubbish and ciggy's every 50 yards). Some uneven pathways in places. Beautiful beaches.
The staff were very friendly. The food was very good. Good variety. No upset stomaches all holiday. Great Italian restaurant on resort, which was cheap but great quality.
I think people forget that they may get upset stomaches from the money and you should make sure you take hand sanitiser.
I did get bitten to death by the mozzy's however. The wipes are no good but the spray worked a treat. Some people are lucky and dont get bit (like my daughter).
This is the only holiday I have been on, where you can watch English TV. There was internet access in the Tequila Bar and evening singer 6 days a week. You can play pool and cards and lots of books you can read.
The excursion to Cairo was amazing and I was told the Luxor trip was great too! Next time I go, we are doing the 7 day cruise and then 7 days at Kahramana or Habiba.
Can't wait to go back!!!!!

One of my best holidays, beautiful resort, my friend and me did not have any problem with the food although there could have been a bit more variety.
Snorkeling was excellent, even got to see a small shark. The trip to Luxor was fantastic, very well organised and really cheap for what it offers. I can only recommend this place, it was fabulous!

We have been to this hotel twice and we loved every minute of it. We don't dive, but the snorkelling was fabulous.
We never had any problem with the food here and the people were just great. We go to Egypt every year as an extra holiday because its very reasonable and the weather always perfect.
This is one of our favourite hotels.

Nice location. Hotel very clean and service good but eating is a problem. Of our party of 12no diver 5 were ill throughout the week with food poisoning problems.
The standard or food is very restricting and this is not the place to go if you like to eat.
The diving is brilliant so from that perspective it is definitely worth the visit
