Parque Tajinaste is situated approximately 20 minutes downhill stroll from the resort centre - peaceful and relaxing. The grounds are immaculately kept. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, well furnished and equipped with a maid service almost every day. The apartments could benefit from air conditioning. Each night we saw a security guard patrolling the grounds.
We found all but one of staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the pool bar/cafe/restaurant is a choice of continental style 'eat all you want' for 4 euros, or their is a small choice of cooked breakfast. The lunch menu is limited but varied and sufficient, quality of food was satisfactory. The bar shuts at 10pm, which is a shame for those who enjoy a nightcap, but on the other hand keeps the noise down.
Most days many visitors seemed to be out and about so there was plenty of space, the pool area was quiet and relaxing. The resort was beautiful with plenty of traditional restaurants/tavernas serving a good choice of dishes, English type bars/restaurants could be found but don’t obviously stand out. We saw no timeshare reps or lager louts and the Moroccan and Spanish street vendors were unobtrusive. All in all, a great holiday; I would recommend the resort and Parque Tajinaste Apartments.

All flights on time although legroom limited. Meals on board included and " adequate " Transfers to and from airport were prompt.
Excellent and large studio apartments in a beautiful , secluded setting. Although there was no on-site entertainment there was plenty off-site both adjacent to resort and in the city centre. This is a first rate location for a quiet relaxing holiday ( few children at this time of year! ) with very helpful staff.
Weather in North Tenerife is more changeable than the South but still very pleasant.
There is plenty of good supermarket shopping available adjacent to resort . Although placed somewhat high above the town centre ,walking into the centre is easy and there is plenty of convenient transport back to the apartments.

Transfer Arrangements from south airport A1 ; Excellent resort in all respects for a quiet relaxing holiday - probably more suitable for couples than young families ; Spacious studio apartments some with there own gardens; Pool area quiet - water temperature slightly low.
No entertainment on site but plenty nearby; an excellent selection of restaurants within walking distance ; Good central venue from which to tour North Tenerife; Scenery more " lush " than the South due to slightly cooler and less dry weather; Very helpful staff ; Going back for a 4th successive year - enough said?
