Reina Isabel Hotel Reviews
" Very pleasant hotel right on Las... "

Very pleasant hotel right on Las Cantaras beach. Good size rooms, toiletries supplied. Would recommend sea/side sea view as other rooms face onto busy Main Street. They will ask if you want mini bar filling up - say no and buy your own from Spar supermarket just down street. Would advise going half board, as it is much cheaper than eating out. Good food with plenty of choice. Bucks fizz at breakfast! Lovely pool on roof with plenty of loungers etc. Also gym and sauna. Would say it deserves a 4* rating. Well placed for beach and city, the best of both worlds. Las Palmas not really Brit mass tourist destination but hotel staffs speak enough English to get by. Lovely shopping areas, i.e. El Corte Ingles and Plaza de Espana. City split into two halves with plenty of history and culture in both. Very cosmopolitan.

During the day who not get out and about. If you're a bit of an adventurous type like me you'll love diving from the picturesque cliffs, whilst water sports are also readily available and not too expensive like they are in some resorts. I also strongly recommend hiring a pedal bike, our hotel had them for hire. These are a great way to get around and see the island if you don't want to be stuck in a car in the heat all day.
For those like my other half who like a more serene time, the beaches are all amazing with clear water and clean sand. Chill all day and enjoy the weather then dine at one of the many amazing restaurants before taking advantage of the vibrant nightlife in all the numerous bars and clubs around.
Either way, there is no shadow of a doubt that you will love it, I just wonder which route you will choose, I haven’t had the same experience twice, how will yours go?
