The apartment, although well equipped, was very tired and a bit shabby. It really could use some modernisation - the bathrooms in particular! We only had breakfast which was luke warm at best and we ended up eating out some mornings.

Very clean set of apartments. Microwave, toaster, fridge, crockery, etc all provided as standard. Maid service cleaned room and changed towels every day except Saturday. No cockroaches sighted at all.

Just returned from 2 weeks at the Aguamar. Very pleased with the apartments, one down side was that there is no air conditioning and it got very hot at night. You could hire a fan but it actually worked out cheaper to buy one.
