Hotel Bisesti is a beautifully situated 3 star hotel, just 300 yards from the shore of Lake Garda, in the Garda resort. Set in its own grounds, the hotel doesn't offer lake views, but is a very short (1 minute) walk from the lake shore and offers stunning mountainous views of the surrounding area.
The hotel is very clean, friendly and welcoming. We stayed on a half board basis, so you had breakfast each day which was a large self service buffet, then you could choose either to have lunch or an evening meal. A packed lunch was an alternative option for days out. The lunchtime and evening meals were both very filling 3 course meals, and each day there was a choice of 3 dishes for each course. The service in the hotel restaurant was extremely efficient.
The rooms were of a comfortable size and balcony rooms are available offering a view of the hotel pool. The outdoor pool unfortunately isn't heated and even on very warm days, the water was ice cold, but this also means that the pool area is very quiet, so if you can brave the cold as we did, you can have a nice & peaceful relaxing afternoon.
The hotel has ample free parking available and there are also two table tennis tables, with bats and balls available from reception. The hotel also offers an internet access point, chargeable at 10 euro cents per minute.
A medium sized hotel, with approximately 90 rooms is ideal for couples and families alike. Pets are also welcome.
