Firstly this is not just a hotel, it is an apartment complex with most of the apartments owned by Indians from Bombay so there are not many tourists there.
The pictures in brochures and on web do not show that this building has seen better days, although they told us it was re-decorated two years previous. The room is large, bedroom & living room with two beds. It is a little grubby but that's India for you.
The staff as with all places we've been to in India cant do enough for you and were lovely. The pool was very clean, and only ever saw our kids in it.
But as it is an apartment complex you don’t get the feeling of a nice hotel, we will be going back to Calangute this year, but will not be staying here.
