My best friend and I stayed in the Casita Blanca for 2 weeks in august 2011 and we abslolutley loved it! Rooms where basic but clean, bar staff where very friendly and the food was lovely and quite cheap aswell! We've booked again for summer 2012 to stay here for another 2 weeks! Loved it and made some really great friends over there. Would reccomend this hotel for young people wanting to have a good timem

Me & my best friend were booked up for the Casita Blanca & were very uneasy due to the amount of terrible reviews. when we got there, we couldn't have been happier. Food was amazing, and the bar manager was just a legend (be nice to him-hes alright ;) ) the rooms were basic but had everything we needed; bathroom (shower/bath, douche thing, sink & loo) wardrobe, kitchenette with cutlery, plates & glasses, 2 beds, chest of drawers and a brilliant balcony. only bad thing about the room is no air con but we just slept with the door open & to be honest, if ur in Ibiza- you don't sleep much!! Amazing music plays by the pool from like 10am till 10pm or something along those lines. 5 min walk to west end and once u know ur way about it very easy. 10 min walk to beach and also 10 min walk to eden & es paradis. the banter by the pool was amazing & everyone gets along with each other. alot of people staying at Central City came to the casita blanca everyday as they much preffered it and the casita has an open pool so anyone can come! Defo booking up next year to stay at the Casita, hopefully get room 117 again :D
so if youre young & on a girls/guys hol amd up for a wild one i totally recommend this hotel and im sure loads of people will!

me and my friend was really worried about this hotel as there was so many bad reviews, staff were friendly when we arrived at 3am, the room was a nice size, just look like yr back in the 80's.
all our money was fine, nothing got stolen and we left money and fones and i pods in our room, our cleaner was friendly, came every 2days to sweep and wash the floor and give us clean towels.
the only bad thing was that when we left they made us play 20 euros for damaged 2 hand towels, one of which i stained with hair dye, but the other we havent a clue what was on it.
there was 2 other groups of girls that got charged for towels 30euros and 75 neuros!
the other down side on air con, was so horrible, sleeping a night was unbearable. there a shops round the corner of the hotel that sales fans for 17euros
overall was ok
our rep blar was great very friendly and helpful. made our stay better

I went to this hotel last year with my cousin and it was so brilliant that i got 11 people to come with me this year! The only problem this year was that everyones money went missing! People were leaving their money in suitcases with padlocks on and when they got back to the rooms their suitcaes had been slashed open and all their cash was taken, must have been the cleaners! And that happened 3 times whilst i was there, apart from that the atmosphere at the hotel & people was excellent!

i have just come back from a week in ibiza with my boyfriend. we arrived dinner time and was asked to pay 30 eueros each deposit which is fair enough. when we were shown to our room its was awful. ive stayed in 2 18-30hotels in ibiza before and this was by far the worst. it was dirty and dingy, the bathroom was disgusting and i hated every minute of been in the hotel. our bedding didnt get changed in the whole week we were there and one night i was drying my hair when this man opened the door with a key wanting to fix a door which wasnt even broken, weird. however 2 days before we were due to come home i was taking ill and had to be taking to hospital and the night staff on reception were brilliant. ibiza is brilliant but dont stay in the casita blanca, there are much better hotels for the same price

Best holiday ever!!

Dont listen to any of the negative reviews about this hotel! I've recently come home from an 18-30's holiday at this hotel and it was the best holiday of my life.. Yes there is a lot of noise and its not a 5* hotel, but the reps are second to none and everyone is so friendly. The rooms were cleaned, and you can request more cleaning if necessary.. We blocked our toilet (don't ask) and with one request, it was cleaned up and unblocked without any hassle.
After reading the reviews about this hotel, we were all skeptical, but after a week, non of us wanted to come home..
In short.. I RECOMEND THIS HOTEL!!
CASITA MASSIVEE!!!

Dont spend your holiday in this hotel , went with 7 other mates 22nd/29th june and read a few reviews which we only took with a pinch of salt. Got there and had to pay a 30 euro deposit which we didnt know about. Only our second night there , my mates rooms got broken in to, well when we left everything was locked and their all had their keys !! so someone came in who had a key ( we think its the night reception man!!!) they had their suitcases slashed with a knife, all their money taken , around 1700 euro between 3 of them, ipods , phones all taken , we asked him when we arrived back lets have a look at the cctv he said that he wouldnt show us. We also were having a few drinks before going out having a bit of a laugh with the other people in the hotel , considering its a 18-30 hotel , he told us to keep the noise down , and without warning us turnt our electric off!! the only good thing is that the bar staff at the hotel are nice and so is the food, also the manager of the hotel , spendt all his time at the bar , and everytime i saw him he was drunk!!

Hotel is quite nice inside very basic rooms basically consist of two beds which you can hardly call beds very uncomfy but suppose you dont get much sleep wen ur in ibiza! the rooms are absolutely boiling at all times as no air con and hardly any air! would defo recomend a fan! The staff are pleasant enough! The pool isnt upto much we went to the beach everyday as the pool has same music blaring from 8 in morning till ten at night gets annoying! Also as alot of reviews say that they got robbed etc. Thre was no robbing or people breakin into rooms wen we were there so dont worry!!! we never got a safe either! p,s hotel is not situated right on the west end strip about a ten minute walk and hard to find at night wen u are legless haha!
Also dont get the package with reps utter RIP OFF!!! cheaper to do things yourself!!
ENJOY!! xx

I booked this holiday last minute, I read the reviews for this hotel and thought oh dear what am i going to!! when i got there it was clean, the staff were very friendly and the atmoshphere in the hotel was great. There was 2 off us, neither of us had been to Ibiza before but we had the best holiday ever, we liked it that much we stayed at Casita Blanca for an extra week. Its in the perfect location to everything...The only thing i would say is to be careful with leaving your luggage in the luggage room, peoples baggage were going missing, so if u have to check out ask someone you've made friends with if u can store your luggage with them or take it with you. Theres a supermarket called Summa to the right and straight on from the hotel, you can get your cheap food and alcohol there to save money....
Great place to stay highly recommended!!!!!!

Reps useless
Reception staff rude
Fuse boxes which spark and burn you and leave no electricity in room
Dirty rooms
Not cleaned all week
Pool dirty
Reps unhelpful, only wanting to sell - blatantly high on something too
Unable to contact rep in emergency, had to call UK Helpline
Location unsafe - beware of the prostitutes living opposite
Patio doors don't lock
Safes are not safe
Had 4 rooms within the space of a week
Thomas Cook should drop this hotel
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrendous Hotel

I've been on clubbing holidays four times & Ibiza before so I knew roughly what to expect by staying in San Antonio however this hotel is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone, I can't believe such a good and reputable large company like Thomas Cook actually offer it. The location is too far out and the walk back feels unsafe whether drunk or sober and day or night. Not only does it not have air conditioning which we knew but the fridge actually heats the room and barely any breeze comes in through the windows/doors at all. The cleaning service is a disgrace, they came twice and did not brush the floor (which was already filthy when we arrived) or change the bed sheets (which you need with no air con and I just slept on top of the bed sheets it was that hot).
The reception staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, particularly when we had a number of items stolen (probably through the window that didnt lock so we wedged a knife to keep it shut) and patronising when i suggested they came in through the window, however if it wasn't that then it was the staff using the room keys.
It was noisy which was just bearable for me but I can see why people wouldn't be able to put up with a number of people playing loud music at 8am and shouting across the balconies. I didn't feel safe in the hotel, paranoid to leave me stuff anywhere even if it was padlocked away in my case, people who are going crazy and smashing things up off drugs aren't very well kept an eye on, just charged ridiculously high prices to replace the furniture, when a number of items were already broken upon arrival which we told them about so we didn'tget charged ourselves.
The pool area is small with barely any beds and sticky dirty floors, the bar area is dark and no air con or fans again, the reception is small and the lift is on the first floor which is tiny and feels unsafe anyway, they didn't tell us about this though upon arrival so we carried our heavy cases up about 6 flights of stairs.
The 18-30 reps were only interested in you if you bought their random package, which is probably quite good but not doing all the big clubs in Ibiza, just random **** ups which I don't see the point in going to Ibiza for when there are so many better things to do and see. Also they try n guilt you into buying tickets with puppyfaces which is boring when you already have in mind what you want the holiday plans to turn out like.

Ibiza itself is amazing, all of it and I'd stay in the west end again but never this hotel if you even paid me, it's just not worth it when there are so many better placed and better looked after options that improve the holiday itself and your mood!.
