Just returned after spending 10 days in the resort. My wife and I had a terrific time and are considering returning. Met some great people. ALL staff were very frendly and helpful.Rooms were cleaned every day.
Food very well prepared and presented.Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

me my partner and my sister have just come home from playa de las america we had the best time ever,the hotel was very clean and tidy the food was very nice and the staff were very helpful i would recommend this hotel; and will def go back,the hotel looks def to the pics as they have had a refurb done,

This PLace was the most dirtys place i have seen..beds stained,dust. when we book this place we were booking a room for 6 people with lounge kitchen 2 bedrooms with one double bed and one single bed in each room..when we got there it was two single rooms with 2 single beds... more

This is with out doubt the best 'complex' we have stayed at. The room was small but very functional and clean (2 berth), the food was very hot and well cooked with plenty of variety (bacon was not soggy) and drink was plentiful. The location is great because it is near the... more
