Great location, very friendly staff - a good quality mid priced hotel. Bangkok has some great top end properties but the variety in the mid range is also very good. Close to sky rail station and nana entertainment district. Overall a very comfortable property. When looking to book - play on the net as there are some real savings to be made - go direct and look for their specials or try one of the bucket sites like Wotif.com or lastminute.com

What a wonderful stay we had here, a once in a lifetime for us. On entry to the hotel we was greeted with a Thai (courtsey?) and beaming and genuine smiles - its true what they say about 'Amazing Thailand' it really is a country of smiles.
The reception are is beautiful and were very quickly booked in and taken to our room, Our room was bigger than the photo we had seen, and was spotless clean. There was a wide array of fancy toiletries to indulge in, and fruit next to our fantastic plasma.
The views over Bangkok are breathtaking, it was a dream for us (and where our Billy was concieved).
The food was out in abundance and was beutiful, coulourful and inviting. I cannot recall where we ate, but imagine all restaurants were of the same high quality.
My wife did slip and fracture her knee on some spilt OJ, which could have been wiped up quicker, as serious as that was though, it didn't let us think anything bad about the hotel.
You siimply must go.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and have been equally impressed on this occasion. As my stay this time was for only one night we were given a standard room, which was very clean and comfortable. The last time we were here, we stayed for 5 nights, which enabled us to receive a free upgrade to superior room, which was even more impressive.
The staff are very pleased you are staying at their hotel, and always ask you to return.
We ate at the newly opened Rib Restaurant on the 32nd floor, which gave wonderful views across the city. As steaks are the speciality in this restaurant, I can vouch for the quality as they were superb, although a little pricey.
The hotel is close to the busy street and nightlife, of which is quite an eye-opener to the first time visitor.

First impression of the hotel was one of amazement - how could such a clean, hotel be in the middle of such a "not so clean" city!
This hotel lived up to our expectations - very friendly staff - always smiling (I believe that's typical of the Thai people). The Reception area was marble from floor to ceiling and the rooms spacious and well presented. Our room consisted of a bedroom with a huge bed!
Bathroom with both bath and shower, plenty of storage, a sofa, chair, and table.
Each night the bed was turned down for us, orchids placed on the pillows and muslin squares placed at each side of the bed to wipe our feet before getting into it.
This hotel has an English pub in the basement which was very reasonable for both food and drinks - it also has a restaurant on the top floor - the views over the city were spectacular but the meals and wine were expensive (especially for Bangkok prices) - a bottle of wine (which I pay about £5 for in my local supermarket was £36).
The hotel is just around the corner from the red light district and about 5 minutes walk to the sky train.

Oh my word! What a fantastic place to stay. Can’t believe how fabulous it was and I would recommend anyone to book this hotel, you will be simply speechless because it really is breath taking.
I don’t think that anyone could say anything bad about this hotel as it is tastefully presented. The rooms are very spacious, fully air conditioned and most of all they are so comfortable making your stay just perfect.
I loved the idea of having the swimming pool high up and the views were fantastic. I only stayed here nights and it was not long enough, I did not want to leave but this was a holiday that took me to Phuket next.
I would definitely book and stay a fortnight next time.

Having never been to Bangkok before...

Having never been to Bangkok before this was to be indeed an eye opener. The hotel itself is gorgeous air-conditioned, beautifully decorated, lots of smiling staff.
The rooms were roomy and the view over the city breathtaking being so high up. The pool is on about the 8th floor so it was strange to be sunbathing so high up with the noise of the traffic below. The was waiter service around the pool.
The evening meal was self service but the choice and how it was displayed was beautiful you will not be disappointed. The desserts were very pretty and you could have as many as you liked
I did not realise we were near the red light district, so to see so many girls in the bars was a little unsettling ,one evening I was the only white female in the basement bar in the hotel. Most female tourists seem to stay in the main bar area where you can get really good cocktails.
I would stay there again if I have the chance.

What a superb hotel, comfortable rooms, super-friendly staff, a plethora of places to eat and a swimming pool on the 14th floor.
It's just a few minutes walk from the nearest Skytrain station.
And it may be just a few steps from bustling Sukhumvit Road but once you're inside you're cocooned in 5* hospitality.
The staff make your stay very easy - nothing is too much for them - from finding out information on out of the way shops to cooking you a feast at 3AM after a trip to the Patpong night market.
My only complaint is where they place the TVs in the rooms - which isn't good if your neighbour is an insomniac with a passion for martial arts movies.
But that aside I would definitely recommend the Landmark.
