I have been to this hotel quite a few times and each time it gets better and better! Theres so much to do that you will never get bored.
The food is brilliant, im quite a fussy eater but there was always something that i liked and never went hungry. For breakfast there was so much choice for everybody and everytime weve gone the choice has improved. The waiters are always very helpful and friendly and are always willing to help.
Unlike some people, we always managed to get sunbeds for 3 of us without any problems and we were putting our towels out at 8.30 at the earliest.
The animation team are absolutely brilliant and really made my holiday. They made me laugh everyday and were always happy even after working 18 hours a day. They would put on loads of activities during the day such as water polo, archery, boules etc. They would also provide entertainment in the evenings which we watched everynight as we didnt want to miss it! They are brilliant entertainers and are so good at what they do. By the end of the holiday we made really good friends with them and i can only hope that when we go back next year (i only arrived home 2 days ago but am already looking to book again for next year) that they will still be there.
The room was really spacious even with 3 people in there and due to having the air conditioning the room was always very cool.
The beach is only a 30 second walk from the pool and is a lovely place to go for lunch as there is a bar along the beach. There are many things you can do on the beach such as the banana boats and canoes etc.
Overall, this was a brilliant holiday and i didnt want to leave. I will be going back there again next year and will be advising my friends and family to go there as for me this was a perfect holiday. I would recommend this to everyone and cannot wait to go back!

this is the seconde time in this hotel for myself and my daughter, rooms are clean, food is good, entertainment good, last year was better , my daughter was seeing a tunisian who was on animation team his name is (lotfi), she has been a few times to see him, so when we went this time he had changed hotels, after we travelled to see him in mahdia, the next day we found out he was also seeing another girl, and he denied to both girls about the other, as we found him out and confronted the rest of the animation team, they make it quite obvious they intended to ruin our holiday, i just want to warn people , watch their daughters with the animation team becase they flit from girl to girl, especially blondes, i cant fault the rest of the staff they are all very polite and helpfull, but if you tip you get better service, and they expect tips for every drink they bring to your table , so go to the bar yourself, the madina, dont go alone and expect hassle, be firm and say NO you have to shout somtimes and dont pay the prices they ask for instance , i wanted a t.shirt and was asked 60 dinars, when i knew i could get for 6/8 dinars, because your british they think your rich, and dont understand the meaning of no ! the marina is quite cheap, but do shop about, theres a shop in hammam sousse called the palm centre and it is quite cheap for handbags shoes etc, dont pay the prices they are asking , because they will drop below half price, anyway great holiday but a different hotel next year and the only genuine animation guy is MOMO the others are just after a bit of fun.

Best holiday ever,
clean hotel, fantastic food , friendly staff, games if you wanted, beach 1 min walk from room .....
If you couldnt find anything to eat you have a very strange palate there is something for everyone,bear in mind its a very European holiday destination they dont do toast and cerial (its ham eggs and pain chocolate, salad,fruit battered cauliflower!!)there are only 2 hours in the day when you cant get food between 5-6 pm and 9-10pm if you arrive after midnight you have to wait till 3.3oam for breakfast not bad i think..
You do have to pay for a mat for the sun bed, so dont get one if you dont want one not many people do, if your that uncomfy buy a lilo and use that, the germans certainly do ...and yes you do have to be up early to put towels out but ask the pool attendants they will always find you a bed if you need one.
Staff are always friendly uless you dont have manners they like a please and thankyou that not too much to ask and you dont have to tip the guys who get your drinks but they will look after you if you give them a dinar (50p) on your first day
The animation team were great if you like that sort of thing if you dont, go out, or dont watch, the poor guys work 18hrs a day to keep us entertained and its a damn sight better entertainment than a lot of places ive been to, yes you have 1/2 an hour of kidies disco then they put on a show we had hunchback of notre dame , riverdance and karioke aswell as belly dancing and the bed of nails guy , not a bad night and the drinks are free
if your want a 5* luxury holiday for under £2000 your having a laugh what you pay for is what you get and its the bestvalue for money ive had for a family of 4 holiday ever

Me and my daughter went to this resort and it was amazing, the food was fantastic and the entertainment on the night timee was amazing and a good laugh. we went all inclusive and you could't ask for nicer people that are in that hotel, the weather was good when we went, we went late april into may and i can't day how amazing the holiday was the week we went. i will abouslty go to that resort again.
Through the day they was alot of activities for adults as well as children,

- and much more entertainment:)

There were so many things wrong with this holiday that for the first time we felt compelled to formally complain. All we can say is that:
1 we'll never go back to this hovel
2 we'll never go back to Tunisia
3 we'll never think about all inclusive again; what a rip off!!

Ive been to el mouradi twice this year and i love it. Its one of the best of very many holidays i have been on. The animation team are brilliant always make you smile and there such nice lads. All the staff at hotel can't do enough for you there totally the best ever to be honest. I can't wait to go back in june only for a week but i would love to go for 2 weeks. I could really be there for weeks on end, you go and its just like being at home, they treat you well, and the food is lovley, as well as EVERYONE in the hotel its self. Its 5 star in my eyes, you really can't beat this one.

This hotel was great. i loved it so much i am going to go there again soon for my birthday (5 months) i have just got back from holiday about 2 hours ago, and i'm missing it already!!
The Animation Team
the animation team was amazing they made me laugh everyday. they made my holiday worth it they were all really nice guys. (they were HOT aswell !!!!) there was no time for being bored, if you made friends with them, they got you to do stuff all the time like archery, mini golf, just chatting ect. They also made us go to the disco every night, which was fun :) i love these guys so much and i miss them already!!
The food
the food was good they had somthing difdferant every night there was always something for everyone including fussy eaters. the desert was good lots to chose from although there was ALOT of chocolate flavoured custard!!!
The rooms
the rooms were nice not to small the maids were very helpful and cleaned them ever day. the beds wernt mazingly comfy though.
Overall i love this i love this hotel. my best holiday like ever mostly because of the animation team :) make sure you talk to these guys there really friendly and will always make you smile. at the end of this holiday you will not want to leave, i didnt, in fact at one point this morning before i ad to eave a few tears came out (but dont tell anyone that!)

I spent a week in this hotel it was magnificent. The food was lovely. The staff where absoultly great they coudn't do enough for you. The entertainment was so good. The disco at night time for adults was great. Me and my family loved it so much that much we will be back to stay in a couple of months its all booked.

My mum, myself (17) and my brother (16) recently went to this hotel and I just thought I should share my views with the rest of the world as this website has been very helpful to me and my friends whilst searching for our holiday.
When we arrived we were greeted by the porter who was absolutely lovely. We had to wait in the reception area a little while as they hadn't quite finished making up our room. The porter then took our luggage to our room and then we went down for lunch. The meal system confused us a little as first as you have a restaurant card that you hand in and then get given a table for your stay, however, this was probably becasue it was our first time staying at an all inclusive hotel so we weren't used to the procedures. The food was very nice though, similar things everyday but that was fine for us however some people may not like this, the chips were delicious though!! The restaurant staff were absolutely lovely, they couldn't do enough for you and were constantly topping up your drinks.
The room was nice. The beds weren't particularly comfortable but apart from that it was fine. We were only given one pillow each to begin with but then we asked for some more on the door sign and were given them. The bathroom was fine however we did have a leak but as soon as we alerted the reception staff a plumber came and fixed it.
One problem however is that you are not going to get a sunbed unless you are up at 5am to reserve one. The hotel had its own bit of beach which was nice however the same thing with the sunbeds here as by the pool. There was a bar at the beach and you could still get your all inclusive drinks here as well.
We went on a few excursions from the hotel which were good and well organised, however, for crippings sake do NOT ride a camel, it was one of the most scariest experiences of my life!!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and I think the highlight for all of us was definitely the people who were all lovely. We normally go to different places every year but if we were ever to return to Tunisia then I think we would return to this hotel. I hope this review helps with your search and I am sure you will not be disappointed if you go!!

I have to say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Whoever rated this 4*, must have had their eyes and mouth shut as the food is what I can only describe as 'chunder', at best this is 3* only due to the fact that the staff are helpful and are hard workers, other than that it would be best rated 2*. This is the first time we have gone all inclusive, never again. Breakfast consisted of uneaten vegetables and what ever delights had been left over from the day before, which was then put out for lunch and dinner. Pizza was the only thing that was cooked fresh, which my daughter ended up eating for the fortnight. The Germans, Russians, and French were fighting to get to the food, by barging into the front of the line, why I don't know. The lifeguards at the pool area put their own towels on beds in order to secure them for guest who gave them a 'back hander' (money). The hotel holds up to 2000 guests and they have 200 sun loungers, work that one out!! We stayed in the main hotel and had connecting rooms, which was the only good thing I could say about it. The room itself had obviously not been refurbished since the hotel had been opened. Broken light fittings hanging off the wall, broken tiles in the bathroom, there was no enamel left on the bath. And what 4* hotel doesn't have a hairdryer?? well this one doesn't, you have to pay to have one. We don't watch TV on holiday, why would you, however for those of you who do, be prepared to pay for a remote control and don't think you can just press the channel button on the TV, you can't, it has been removed!! As for the air con, you'd be aswell opening the balcony door as you get more of a breeze from outside. Recommend this hotel to anyone?, definately not. At best this hotel was AWFUL.

Ive been to Sol el Mouradi 5 times now, and it gets better each time i go, i would not even consider trying a different hotel as this is just perfect. The staff are all brilliant, really pleasant and friendly, the hotel itself is spotless, you never see a spot of dust or a piece of rubbish any where, the food i think is a good variety, too much too choose from really, this hotel is directly on the beach and our room had a balcony like all of there rooms and we overlooked the beach, when we came out of our room the sand and beach was probably about 30meters away, the Port is a 5 minute taxi drive (only get in the yellow taxis do not get in the white and blue ones) or if you fancy a walk its about a 20 - 30 minute stroll along the beach front. They have all day and all night entertainment and the entertainment team are very amusing, they like to try and get everyone involved around the pool area, we use to pretend we were sleeping if we didnt fancy joining in! Overall i would give this hotel a 10 out 10.

This hotel, & People are absolutely amazing and1 of the best!! Its unbelievable how welcoming and warm all of the above are!! This hotel is so comfortable, food is unbelievable such a variety from meets to fish,salad,desert and fruit!! Drink too lol! I'v stayed at this hotel twice and i couldnt see my self ever staying at another so clean and beautiful!! The animation team is 'FANTASTIC' incredible at that so fun loving, chatty and absolutely hilariously funny!! They work so hard at everything they do and put so much hard work into everything tgey are a credit to the hotel!! They bring so much joy and excitement to the place its self i cant wait to go back in september i reccomend this hotel to every1 as theres so much for all persons! Many thanks to the hotel and 'animation' team for there hospitality!!!!!

Just got back from a fantastic holiday at this hotel. The staff were fantastic,all the waiters made such a fuss of us. The animation team were also fantastic very friendly, helpful & if you make the effort to get involved & chat to them you can make some life long friends.. I would like to think i have... The disco was good in the evening & all ages went there.. the Dj Ramzi is one of the nicest men & great to talk to. The food was fab, something for everyone even if you are fussy & the waiters in the restautant never left you without a drink for long.. always something different & fresh sald & fruit & cakes for pudding..yummy. The rooms were cleaned very well everyday & the miads very friendly, well worth tipping them at the end of the holiday. The only reason i didnt give this hotel a 10 out of 10 was because of the lack of sunbeds..unless you are up at 7am chances are quite slim of getting one but hey if you dont mind lying on the soft wonderful sand on the beach then it's fine... This is the first time I've stayed in this hotel after 16 visits to Tunisia & i would definatly stay here again

myself and my daughter spent 2 weeks at this hotel in march , we made a lot of friends from all over the world, and are keeping in touch, all the staff were wonderfull the entertainment was brill they could not do enough for us, food was very nice rooms clean was like being royalty my daughter has booked to go again in september and we are both going again next march and proberbly twice a year there after i recomend this holiday and hotel to anyone young or old....
