we went in may as a family of four for my 40th and my dads 70th. me my husband and 2 kids of 10 and 4 stayed here. my parents and rest of family was down in las americas. i thought it was a mistake to be so far from them but how wrong was i? it turned out to be the best... more

One of the worse places we have ever stayed in.Was told by the agents there may be a slight incline!!! Hahaha!! slight?it was like an assault course everytime you go out of the room.The room!! awful,dirty smelly and cockroaches bed collapsed and the sheets were NEVER... more

Having just got back from laguna park 2 i wouldnt recommend it to anyone. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful and maid service non existant,are bed sheets and towels were not changed at all during our 7 day stay which i thought was disgusting. Location very poor as... more

i work very hard and due to the nature of my work decided to treat my wife and girls to a treat, i booked through my usual broker and decided to go ahead, as the reviews are not always accurate. i wish i had listened to my instincts .we had booked half board . theres too... more

We just got back from Laguna Park 2, stopped 16/11/10 to 23/11/10 (self catering), we had a brilliant time!! The apartments were extremely clean (very basic but what else do you expect for the money), not a cockroach in sight and the entertainment was excellent most nights.... more

Went all inc .The apartment very basic. No extractor fan in bathroom only 1 mirror thats in the bathroom.Smokealarm was removed.Pool area ok day time entertainment was ok meals were very basic.All inc finished at 10 30 an the entertainment was meant to start at 11 but more... more

Just return from this hotel after having a week there.. 26/09/20010 - 03/10/2010. We stayed all-inclusive. Hotel very clean and looked after,need some work done on the decor and peeling paint. There no air conditioning we had to hire a fan... They have no hair dryers... ... more
