Just returned from our honeymoon and can't speak highly enough about this hotel. From the minute we got their, our every need was taken care of. Having upgraded to the Palace Club, afternoon tea, cocktails in the evening and a 24/7 butler service, it was an amazing hotel and the staff were great - their attention to detail & overall willingness to assist us with whatever we needed was brilliant. Would love to return.

Main reason for holidaying in Bali was to go on a Diving Safari for 6 nights/7 days.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights prior and 6 nights afterwards including Xmas Eve & Day.

Very helpful, prompt replies with emails when arranging this holiday and also held the majority of our luggage in storage and our valuables in a safety box while we travelled around Bali.

Great food and excellent buffets on 24th & 25th December. Superb entertainment.

Laundry is a bit pricey and you'd do better exchanging money in Sanur or Kuta rather than the hotel.

This was the first hotel build in Nusa Dua but you wouldn't have known this as the staff were very attentive in making the hotel clean and dry during 4 days of torrential rain (not normal for the rainy season but it was still 30 degrees).

Breakfast was included and this was superb. Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you.

Would definitely stay there again.
