Bali Dynasty Resort Hotel

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Bali Dynasty and we were very disappointed.
This resort states it is 4 to 5 star it is only around 3 stars with 5 star prices. On a positive note if you have breakfast included it is 5 stars, catering for all tastes, but this also gets boring after 2 weeks.
The hotel has only spends money on the resort where revenue is created, like at eating and bar facilities.
The bedrooms have not changed in 8 years, the bathrooms are grotty looking, the walls are very scuffed and marked, the ceilings are all water damaged, decor is very 80's.
We had trouble with our room, safe not locking and many other guests did too when speaking down at the pool, also balcony doors where a bit doggy as well not locking properly.
This hotel really needs to spend some money on maintenance as guest spend a lot of money to stay there. The staff at this resort are very friendly as are all Balinese, the massage people down at the pool get a bit much at times.
If you have rooms at the front of the hotel you hear very loud music from Grace Kelly’s bar at night which makes it difficult to sleep.
We will never stay or recommend this resort to anyone.
