Putri Bali Hotel

Just returned from 11 nights at the Inna Putri. The hotel has been very grand in its day but is now a bit run down. It is still a really great place to stay the rooms are fine, plenty of room, the bathrooms need a bit of fixing up but adequate. My husband & I had one room and our 2 teenage children had their own interconnecting room which worked really well. It's bad enough that the room service is bad where the two rooms we had was not consistent, some didn't have the bath robes and the cups were not even washed and changed daily. also ceiling was leaking when it rained making the floor so wet and slippery and most of the details in the room was already spoiled and probably not taken care of. 5 stars - nah... just because they are a government hotel - so is the Grand Bali and the Inna Bali in Kuta, hence they are the so called appointed and labeled hotels for most group tourist. Stayed 10 days. Rooms ok, but service not so good, although they clean and change towels twice per day, it took them 2 days to clean bird crap on the balcony. Food in the hotel is not good- not fresh - so we spend most of time in a shoppig/restaurant complex nearby which was excellent and cheaper then the hotel restaurants. Beach is very nice, but due to high tide a lot of garbage is on the shore, though they clean it, the beach is not clean as in other better/more expensive hotels. There is not much to say other than the best week on holiday I have visited. It is truly beautiful, nice views and wonderfull food. The hotel has beautiful marble floors and the design is classic indonisia.

We stayed at the beach front cottage, arrived there late in the afternoon to find out that the aircond was leaking, some of the light bulbs burnt out. The housekeeping staffs arrived in 15-30minutes, it took 1 hour to fix them all, so we had company while my husband and I watching tv. The cottage has 2 stories, below is the bedroom and bathroom, and one room upstairs, we didnt use the upstair room. This is my second trip to Bali, Nusa Dua. Stayed at Inna Putri from 16.01.06 to 20.01.06. Staff was not as friendly as compared to my first resort. Requested for deluxe sea view room but room given looks old and offered only partial sea view. Toilet choked up on the first night and the housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning up my room. Some lifts were not working and those that were, were utterly slow with missing floorboards and buttons. Breakfast was a huge dissapointment and we ended up skipping it totally for 2 mornings. I really enjoyed my stay at Putri Bali. The price was good. The room was very nice & clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was right next to the beach and the pool was nice. I loved the breakfast buffet. The only negative is the hotel is a bit too quiet. Not many people staying there. Some people may prefer quiet hotels though. I would stay here again!

we went there for a 4 days trip. The hotel is kind of out of trend compare to other hotels nearby, although the services are not bad,one thing needs to be aware of is the flodding-in tour groups!! That will kill all your mood away! So I'd suggest if you want to have a high-quality vacation, this isn't an appropriate place. Yet for the price, it'll be a good reason to choose this hotel.

Hotel is a bit worn but rooms were clean. I liked the pool, which is just a few metres away from the beach. Breakfast menu could be a little more varied. Staff was friendly. It was supposed to be "high season" but still the hotel was still quiet. Spa experience was wonderful! A must-try. Good value - I'd certainly come back to this hotel.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 5 nights. We couldn't believe how few guests staying in a hotel with nearly 400 rooms. Staff definitely outweighed number of guests. Rooms were a good size but I wished they wouldn't knock at the door at 8am asking if we had any dirty laundry! (I know, we should have put the do not disturb sign on the door) Also, they knock on your door in the evening too asking for dirty towels - I don't understand their timings!
