Four Seasons Hotel

The following is a review of the Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay. After 50+ hours of seemingly endless connections and waiting in airports, my wife and I arrived in Bali on a late June evening. I just returned to Singapore after my fifth visit to Bali in the past 10 years. Although the continuing development continues to distress me, I found sanctuary in the Four Seasons at Jimbaran Bay. My stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. I have stayed at several other prime properties on Bali before, but this was my first stay at the FS. My wife and two-year-old daughter stayed here recently in early May. What a wonderful experience. The service, staff, food and villas were absolutely perfect. There was ample space in the villa and the private pool was a plus for the hot afternoon. They even placed a beautiful wooden fence around the pool as a safety measure for our daughter. It blended in perfectly with the surrounding and still enabled easy adult access to the pool. The buggy's they use to whisk you around the resort were a godsend as it is quite spread out and... more
