JUST A 20 MINUTES RIDE FROM THE AIRPORT IN NUSA DUA IS AYODYA ***** RESORT SITUATED.
THE RESORT USED TO BELONG TO THE HILTON GROUP, BUT, WHICH WE FOUND OUT DURING OUR STAY, HAS NOW CONTINUED UNDER ITS OWN NAME AND IS SUCCEEDING IN CREATING ITS OWN BALINESE STYLE AND SERVICE FOR WHICH BALI IS SO FAMOUS.
ENTERING THE GROUNDS YOU WILL BE OVERWHELMED BY HUGE PONTS AND FOUNTAINS .
IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE YOUR BAGS ARE TAKEN OVER BY FRIENDLY RESORT STAF. GOING INTO THE LOBBY ITLOOKES IF YOU ARE REAL IN A PALACE.
NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT. SO IMPRESSIVE, SO WELL DECORATED IN BALINESE STYLE. A PLEASURE TO SIT THERE IN ONE OF THE COMFORTABLE CHAIRS.
JUST BESIDE THE LOBBY YOU WILL FIND THE (OPEN AIR) COFFEE BAR OVERLOOKING THE TROPICAL GARDENS, PONT, SWIMMINGPOOL, WITH A GLIMP OF THE BEACH.
YOU HAVE FOUND OUT LEAVING THE LOBBY WHY THEY HAVE GIVEN IT THE NAME AYODYA PALACE.
THE ROOMS ARE WELL DECORATED, HAVE A MINI BAR, COMFORTABLE BED(S), AIRCO, BALCONY WITH TABLE AND TWO CHAIRS. CLEANING EVERY DAY.
THE RESORT OFFERS SEVERALL LUNCH AND DINING RESTAURANTS, INCLUDING A JAPANESE ONE.
THE FOOD IS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY, WHATEVER YOU TAKE A LA CARTE OR BUFFET, THERE IS A GREAT VARIETY EVERY DAY. EVERY STAF MEMBER SHOWS THE REAL BALI HOSPITALITY WILLING TO SERVE THE GUEST EVERY MINUTE OF THEYR STAY IN THE RESORT. SOMETHING WRONG, ANY WISHES THEY ARE THERE ANY TIME YOU WANT.
AYODYA RESORT HAS A BIG POOL SITUATED IN THE TROPICAL GARDEN. THE SANDY WHITE BEACH HAS JUST LIKE THE POOL COMFORTABLE (FREE) RELAXING BEDS AND TOWELS ARE FREE TO OBTAIN.
THE RESORT HAS ITS OWN OPEN AIR THEATRE WHERE TRADITIONAL BALINESE SHOWS CAN BE SEEN COMBINED WITH A BUFFET DINER.
IT IS ADVISED TO BOOK HALF OR FULL BOARD.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BORDER FINDING RESTAURANTS OUTSIDE THE RESORT.

IF YOU WANT MORE LUXURY AND PRIVACY YOU CAN BOOK THE PALACE.
A SEPERATE BUILDING CLOSE TO THE BEACH WHICH HAS ITS OWN POOL, MORE LUXURY ROOMS, AND FREE COCKTAILS AT NIGHT, FREE HIGH TEA ETC.
WE WILL GO BACK TO AYODYA RESORT VERY SOON, AND WE ARE SURE ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN THERE YOU WILL DO SO AS WEL.

The AYODYA RESORT is the former BALI HILTON HOTEL.
It's a five star resort now giving the guests all attention needed.
The entrance drive to the lobby shows a very huge pont with fountains and beautifull Balinese statues. Enering the lobby shows that Ayodya is a real PALACE, all over wooden floors , in the middle a hughe statue and seating capacity on luxury chairs for all guestst. No more boder about your bags they are taken to your rooms by the ever smiling friendly staff. Looking from the outside lounche coffee terras you will see hughe tropcal gardens, ponts , and the swimming pool , with at the far end a glimp of the white sand beach.
The resort has severall restaurants ,buffet,japanse,beach restaurant/pool restaurant/bar and beach bar. The food served is of high standards and has great variety of European and Indonesian taste.
The garden has high maintenance standers and its a pleasure to walk there.
For more luxury its possible to book THE PALACE which is located in a seperate building and is offering more luxury rooms, free cocktails at night , free coffee and high tea service in the afternoon. Separate pool and dining facilities
The resort has its own Balinese Theatre offering shows combined with a grat buffet diner.
Do not miss this one.
The Resort offers free bathing towels at the pool and beach and has luxury relax beds.
The standardhotel rooms are tastefull decorated , cleaning every day , free safe and against reasonable prices a room bar.

Nusa Dua just 20 minutes from the airport and only 25 minutes by taxi from KUTA and SANUR
