Unfortunately this resort suffers from a lack of love (or investment) and has the location fit for a luxury resort however service and facilities can only be described as an appalling disapointment for the room rate. At a luxury resort at this end you expect more than instant coffee and cheap tea bags in your room. The resort facilities were "un kept" and not in a intentional way, service was unpolished and "lazy". Great place if the room rates were 70% less and your expectations are aligned accordingly.
