" What a wonderful hotel!
The Cosy Beach deserves far more than its three star rating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff were excellent and the hotel surroundings wonderful.
The large pool is fantastic and it saves your legs from the steep hike down the steps to the beach. The gardens are lovely and are an excellent location for a Thai massage or to watch the summer thunderstorms rolling over the bay (you'll see the lightning flashes a long way out at sea, a truly spectacular sight).
The only downside to the hotel is that the location is a little out of the action, but grabbing a taxi to the centre of Pattaya isn't a problem.
If you're looking for a cheap hotel in Pattaya you could do far worse than the Cosy Beach.

On the down side is transport to the town. The baht buses (taxis) try very hard to rip you off. When going to town try to go as a group in the taxi to get a better price: about 4 people for about 100 baht £1.42.
In the town, on beach road, going around the circuit to pattaya, 2nd road is 10 baht each person and only pay 10 baht.
