Poppies Hotel

Poppies is an exclusive boutique hotel in the resort of Chaweng beach.
With only 24 cottages it is, quite simply, a little piece of heaven.
The accommodation was superb, with plasma TV and DVD, living area and an outside bathroom with a sunken bath. Even the toiletries supplied by the hotel were first class, so much so that we bought some to bring home.
The pool was an ideal size for the resort and the beach always kept spotless.
The staff were very attentive, friendly and courteous at all times.
The restaurant is classed as one of the best on the island and certainly lives up to its reputation, but if it's cheaper food you want you have lots of choices on the beach or the main street.
This is the second time that we have been to Koh Samui and have vowed to return again next year to Poppies as it is quite simply the best hotel we have stayed at.
Credit to Michael and Sue (Mr and Mrs Poppies) who work tirelessly all day to ensure that you are having just the best time.
